Today is our 37th wedding anniversary and I made this card for my husband. Sorry it appears to be on its side, although I did rotate it so not sure what is happening there, but hopefully you get the idea!I used my go press and foil to foil emboss the spotty background, and foil all the wooden pieces too. All i had to do after that was die cut the layers with a postage stamp die set. Today I paid for my stall at the June long weekend craft and hobby fair at parafield gardens, ( the recreation centre) so after the busy week I have work wise this week it will be time to sort out all my cards for the stall. But as I said, before that a very busy few days at work organising our stall at marion Leisure centre craft fair on Sunday. I am really looking forward to taking our shop on the road! I may not get back here until next Monday so until then ……

Happy Anniversary!
Today is Mum and dads 62nd wedding anniversary and the whole family is getting together to celebrate, so I thought it was fitting to post this card I made with Mambi happy 12 x 12 paper pad. I die cut the hearts from more paper of the same range, die cut some white greenery(!) with a seven paper dolls die, added a kaisercraft wooden piece that I had foiled with the go press and foil, and some flowers, rhinestones and ribbon bow to finish. I hope you are all having a happy and safe Easter. Til tomorrow…..
Go Press and foil card number 2….
I do like an all white card, and this one has pops of gold all created with my Go Press and Foil machine. I foiled the sentiment, and some chipboard, added an embossed background, and added a couple of flowers and flourishes. We had an early trip to the airport this morning to pick up my son Daniel who is home from Sydney for a holiday, so i may be a little sporadic posting this week. Til tomorrow…..
Kaisercraft embossing folders..
I originally started making cards many years ago when I did cross-stitch and used to mount my little x-stitch designs on to card stock. From there I moved onto 3d sheets ( which is where my love of fussy cutting comes from) . Of course then I was hooked on all sorts of card making, but every now and again I go back to my beginnings and these are 4 of my latest 3d cards. I have used 2 different Kaisercraft embossing folders here, I love these frames and I have used them in a class I am teaching next week, as well as on some cards which I will post next time. We have lots of lovely new things coming into the shop this week, so now all I need is some time to play with all my new purchases! Til tomorrow….
PS I Love You..
This is the last of my Boxed cards. I made the flower spray, added some black accents to tie in with the sentiment which is a collectable from the PS I love you collection from Kaisercraft.Again this is a card that could be used for wedding, engagement, valentines or anniversary. This weekend has been very busy, with very little time in the craft room, but i will be in there this afternoon as I have a class to set up, I am trying to get ahead with them as the cruise is only 2 and 1/2 weeks away and I won’t be crafting then ( teaching, but no crafting!)til tomorrow….
Floral sprays and a box..
Another example of my handmade floral spray used on a card. The papers are Kaisercraft PS I love you,and the die is paper rose Ornate circle . I used a collectable doily ( from the paper collection) under the circle. This card could be used for wedding, engagement or anniversary..or even Valentines day!Quick post today as it’s awfully hot sitting here at the computer, I am going to find a nice spot under an airconditioning vent to sit and read a good book! til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Always and forever
Kaisercraft Always and Forever paper collection. I have used this paper for my June Lesson at paper Flourish, and I have made lots of cards here at home with it ,so this is just a preview!I have done some fussy cutting – there is a whole sheet of printed doilies which are really easy to cut out, and I have added some prima and kaisercraft flowers. We are on the home stretch re stocktake at work, today I have a day off, one more working day and then holidays for two weeks! Yay!.Til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Cottage rose number 4….
I love this paper from the cottage rose range, and have an idea to use some of it to make a card shaped like a purse when I have it out next. In the meantime I have made and anniversary card, added a die cut sentiment, collectable heart, and prima and green tara flowers. I used some liquid pearls on the paper to highlight the quilted effect. These cards are all ear marked for the craft fair, which is only a couple of weeks away now, i can’t wait! love catching up with ladies who visit me from year to year, and of course checking out all the other craft stalls! til tomorrow….

A few cards today made with Kaisercraft Mix and Match. These papers have a base colour of Craft , with white, red and black. For the top two I die cut some hearts out of hessian and added a button, and for the bottom card I let the papers do all the talking, fussy cutting butterflies and chevrons .There is a sheet in this collection which is covered in gorgeous butterflies. it’s easy to colour them, but I left the ones on this card plain. All stamps and cardstock are from stampin Up. Kaisercraft xo…2 and 3..
Kaisercraft xo paper collection. The top card ( which will be mum and Dads anniversary card next month) has a card front cut from a piece of 12 x 12 paper and some use of the matching collectables, and a ribbon bow. the bottom card also uses a card front from the 12 x 12 paper, and I have popped on a die cut flower which was sitting handily on my desk, a pearl and a die cut heart. This one I put an engagement verse inside. The cardstock that I used for this whole range of cards is stampin up pool party.Well, it was back to work yesterday, and everything is falling into the work routine, so I must be off or else I will be late for my second day back at work! til tomorrow…..
