Another Panda card today, and this one is for a newborn baby. The stamp set is party pandas by Stampin Up, and I have used a couple of Seven Paper Doll dies ( stitched rectangles and words) to complete this one. I added a pretty bow, flower and some sequins to bling this one up a bit!I have been busy at work this week so not so much crafting, but I have spent this morning stamping out some flowers onto watercolour paper so that I can practise with my new Zig clean colour markers this afternoon when I am over at Mum and Dads place. The Cruise line contacted me this morning asking if I would like to be their Art/craft instructor again this year so I am having a look at the cruise for this summer and working out which one(s) I can commit to. It’s all good fun! til tomorrow….

Two quick baby cards….
As i was searching through papers for another reason altogether I came across a couple of random baby papers, so sat down and made a couple of quick baby cards. I am not sure of the brand of paper for the top card, which I just cut into strips and layered and added a die cut sentiment, cut out of glitter cardstock. The bottom card is Kaisercraft papers, again layered with a fussy cut rabbit and ribbon and pacifier ( I obtained the pacifier from my nieces baby shower…she was using them in one of the games we played and I collected them all afterwards..I see handy bits and pieces everywhere!). It is another hot (42 C) day here today, but I am off to Paper Flourish for my craft and chat group monthly get together. We will have a lovely afternoon crafting and chatting surrounded by lots of lovely inspiration! Til tomorrow….
KaisercraftPeek -a -boo 7,8..
Here are the last two kaisercraft peek-a boo cards for now, the top card has lace, ribbon and a couple of punched hearts, rounded corners and paper from the 6″ pad, while the bottom card is still using the baby girl collection and matching collectables but i have managed to make a lovely floral birthday card with it. I have been busy putting the final touches to all the cruise kits, with the help of my wonderful sister Kay – so lucky she was able to do most of the work while I was out of action with my shoulder ( which is now well on the road to recovery but i still have to be careful) So glad she is coming along with me on the cruise, she deserves it after all the work she has done! Today is all about preparing march lessons if I get a chance to venture into the craft room. Life is hectic here just now! til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Peek-a boo 3..
For my last Baby boy Kaisercraft Peek- a- boo card I have made a gatefold card, decorated with 12 x 12 papers and matching collectables.I added some vintage ric rac and a button for a little texture, and this was a very simple card to put together. Next time we will start on the pink cards! I haven’t had much time in the craft room lately what with the shoulder injury and what little cardmaking I have managed to do has been setting up the Cruise cards ( nearly done and just as well as its just a matter of weeks now!) and lesson set ups. Tomorrow I finish this months village lesson and hopefully have an hour or to to experiment with new things! Til tomorrow….
Baby girl cards
There are very little embellishments on these last two cards in the quick baby girl series. Lots of fussy cutting though, and a bit of ribbon and a couple of buttons.I am off this morning to teach a class over at paper Flourish, and I am so looking forward to it, feels like ages since I sat down with my ladies. Til tomorrow…
Baby Shower cards
Remember I was showing all the cards I made with Bella Blvd Cute baby boy papers – just 4 sheets? I did make some baby girl cards as well , with 4 sheets of paper from bell Blvd called sweet baby girl, I didn’t make as many, as I didn’t need them – so I still have some paper left of this range. These two cards are for baby showers, the top card could be for either, and the bottom card is very girly. The bottom card has my favourite embedded embossing – I fussy cut the dummys, stuck them on some white cardstock and ran it through the big shot. I found a stamp in my collection for the sentiment and the die cuts ( tag and sentiment) were free in a magazine. The top card involves some fussy cutting, and has some ribbon and buttons. quick post today, dinner in the oven ,must run!! til tomorrow….
Bella Blvd Cute baby boy 8,9,10,11…
I skipped a day this week, work hours have been all over the p-lace, anyway, we are looking at 4 cards to make up for it, and to finish off this series of bella blvd cute baby boy cards. I did make some birthday cards with this paper too, and these ones are the bottom two cards. So from the top – the elephant is stamped with a stamp from Stampin up zoo babies, and the balloon die was a freebie from a magazine. The second card is very similar but I fussy cut the bear from some of the paper collection. The third card -I fussy cut the train from the paper collection, the cloud die is from a kaisercraft hot air balloon die set, and I inked around the edges to give more definition.Again free balloon die! and the fourth card I cut a banner from the last scrap of paper, fussy cut the bear and die cut the balloons. I have shown you eleven cards from my 4 sheets of paper but I did make 19 …brilliant value with this paper. I have done the same or similar with the bella blvd sweet baby girl papers, and I will show you just a few – but we will take a bit of a break from all things baby and have a look at some of the other cards I have been making for a change next time. til tomorrow….
Bella Blvd Cute baby boy 6 and 7
Still with the same 4 sheets of paper from Bella Blvd, and a couple of different techniques here. The top card is an embedded embossing technique, i fussy cut the dummies(pacifiers) from the paper, stuck them onto some white cardstock and then ran it through my big shot in an embossing folder. I love doing this technique! The other thing i did on both cards was stamping – i dug deep into my stamp collection and found this one – by stampin up, but really old!! I cut around the stamped image and then stuck it onto some contrasting cardstock, and cut around it again. this makes little stamps a bit bigger so that you can use them as focal points. I added ribbon bows and a wobbly eye on the duck on the bottom card to finish. Til tomorrow…..
Bella Blvd Cute Baby boy cards 3,4,5..
Another 3 cards made with bella Blvd Cute baby boy papers. On each of them I have die cut a scalloped circle with spellbinders dies, and fussy cut the stork image from the paper.I stamped the sentiment with stampin up Itty Bitty banners, the “perfectly precious”was also cut from the papers, and I just added ribbon bows and buttons.i am spending this afternoon over at Mum and dads, and i will take Luna with me , to give our Foxy a break from her!Til tomorrow…..

I bought 4 sheets of bella Blvd cute baby boy cards, and made 19 cards with it! Here are a couple and I will show a few more over the next day or two.On these two I have stamped a Stampin Up stamp on to some of the patterned paper and fussy cut the stamped image, layered onto a spellbinders scalloped circle. The sweet baby banner is from stampin up itty bitty Banners stamp set,and I added buttons, silver thread and a ribbon bow on the left hand card. All my housework for toaday is done and I have some gorgeous new paper from Kaisercraft ( cottage Rose) sitting in the craft room waiting for me and I am looking forward to relaxing in there!Til tomorrow…
