Graphic 45 a ladies diary card number 3

This is my favourite piece of paper from the Graphic 45 a ladies Diary  collection, so didn’t do too much to it – just sponged around the edges, and mounted it on a couple of layers of bazzil cardstock, before mounting that onto another piece of patterned paper and then the whole lot onto my stampin Up Blushing Bride cardstock base. I added a matching chipboard, piece of lace and a stampin Up vintage brad.Hope to get into the card room tonight – I have put a heater in there so no excuse! Til tomorrow…..

Graphic 45 a Ladies Diary card number 2

A very quick post tonight as it’s shopping night – Paer is graphic 45 – a ladies diary, and so is the chipboard and border stickers. I die cut some assorted flowers rom my Tim Holtz sizzix tattered flower garland die, and the leaves are die cut using my cheery lyn ( I think) olive branch die. There is an old button on top of the chipboard, but it didn’t photo very well. The cardstock is stampin Up Baja Breeze. Til tomorrow….

Graphic 45 A ladies diary

I bought the whole range of  Graphic 45 A Ladies Diary paper a week or so ago because I absolutely love it, but sadly haven’t had much chance to do anything with it, but couldn’t resist putting together a few quick cards so over the next few days I will show you what I have done so far. For this card I used some of the paper to completely cover my card blank, and then fussy cut the rose image and stuck it on top. I used one of my homemade lace doilies, some seam binding , a hat pin and a handmade tag down in the left hand corner, and applied a bit of kindyglitz for a bit of sparkle! Weather here is still cold, and not conducive to crafting – all I want to do is sit beside the heater! Til tomorrow….

The Lake house number 6

Firstly, welcome to my new subscribers, and thank you to all who keep visiting me ! Tonight we are up to kaisercraft The Lake House number 6 – one more to go before we move on – here I have used the 6″ pad, and fussy cut the patterned piece of paper that is in the centre of the card. I used some pink bazil cardstock and the card base is stampin Up early Espresso. i just added a few flowers to finish. the greeting in the centre of the card was in the 6′ pad.very early start for work this morning ( 4 am) so early to bed for me tonight but I am on 4 days off now so plan to do lots of cardmaking! Til tomorrow….

The lake House number 5

Number 5 in my Kaisercraft The lake House series uses paper from the 6″ pad, and a couple of die cuts from the lakehouse collectables pack. I inked the edges of the die cuts, and used my tim holtz sizzix  tattered florals garland die to die cut some little flowers. Just had to add the Kaisercrafft rhinestones and it was finished! Early to bed for me tonight as I have to get up at 4 am for work, but I will spend a little while in the craft room creating to relax first! Til tomorrow….

Tyhe Lake house number 4

Number 4 in my Kaisercraft The Lake House collection. here I have used the 6″ pad, and the matching collectables. I inked around the edges of the collectables with victorian rose distress ink, and punched a border with my martha stewart punch. I just added some ribbon and kindyglitz, and the cardstock used was Stampin Up Blushing Bride. So excited today as Amy Tangerine ( who designed the sketchbook papers that I used a few posts ago commented here on my blog!)That’s a thrill! Til tomorrow….

Lakehouse number 2

Here is number 2 in my Kaisercraft Lakehouse collection, this time using papers from the 6″ pad. I fussy cut around the  floral piece in the pad ( love it) and backed it with the striped piece. All that was left to do was punch a couple of butterflies with my Martha Stewart butterfly punch, and add the greeting and some kindyglitz. I think this is my favourite card! Well thats the weekend over – a very short one for me this week as I only had today off, but looking forward to the end of this week when I have 4 days off – yay! Til tomorrow….

Lakehouse number 1

Today we start a new series, using the new kaisercraft papers – Lakehouse. I haven’t really had enough time to play with this paper, but I have done a few cards which I will show over the next few days. This was the first one I made, using the 12 x 12 papers, and also added a flower die cut rom my Stampin Up Blossom Party die, and added some ribbon. The cardstock is stampin up Blushing Bride.Another cold day here in adelaide, so it will probably be another craft free night in front of the heater! Til tomorrow….

Black and White

This is the card I made using the Typewriter stamp from the Established Elegance set by Stampin Up.The patterned papers are also from Stampin Up but I can’t remember the name of the collection – Printery rings a bell, but I am sure someone will let me know and put me out of my misery!I did a bit of distressing, inking and ripping ( still have trouble ripping my beautiful papers) and stamped the greeting onto more patterned paper and tucked it into the typewriter. Not my usual style of card, but it’s not in my box any more so someone liked it!Til tomorrow….

Some stamping fun..

Now and again when I have a bit of time I like to get out all my stamps and inks and just see what happens and this is the result from the other day. I used stampin Up cardstock – early espresso, blushing bride and very vanilla, and some lace and ribbon, then went to town with the stamps from my Established Elegance set ( Stampin Up)I think I used all the stamps in this set – oh except for the typewriter stamp.. that was used on another card which I will show tomorrow. The papers are from Stampin Up Attic boutique.Very wet and cold day here in Adelaide. Its a heater night tonight! Til tomorrow….
