Just add lace!

I’ve grown quite addicted to lace – I can’t walk past it in the shop, and whenever I add it to a card it just seems to finish the card off perfectly. this card is no exception. I used stampin up cardstock – Bravo Burgandy, and Prima botanical papers. I cut the blossom with my cricut using the serenade catrridge, and squeezed some liquid pearls ( another new buy, and terrific stuff!) to the centres, some kaisercraft rhinestones, and then just added lace! Til tomorrow….

Prima Botanical

Another favourite card of mine! I cut the flowers using my cricut with the serenade cartridge, and the leaves were cut with a sizzix die. The paper and tag were from Prima Botanical collection and I added some lace to finish. I also distressed the edges of the paper, something I’m still coming to grips with as I find it hard to rip my beautiful papers, but sometimes you just know it would look better if you did! Does anyone else have the same problem? Til tomorrow…..

I made tonights cards because I really wanted to use this colour combination and try out a couple of new folders. The folders are by Couture creations and are great value for money, and they are bigger than your normal sized folder so the designs go right to the edge of your cards. The two I used here are drifting endless and pinstripe. I then fussy cut a couple of flowers from Pink Paislee – Butterfly garden and just added a little lace. A very quiet day at the market today, but I was pleased to see my regular customers! Til tomorrow…..

Every Moment

A later post today as I had a very long day at work today stocktaking. Tonights card uses all stampin up products except for the kaisercraft pearls. The stamp is from a set called Every Moment, and I stamped it using the masking technigue. The cardstock used is daffodil delight and early espresso, and watercolour card, and the fluffy ball ribon is also stampin up – Daffodil delight. No crafting tonight – too tired! Til tomorrow…..

Cameo cards

Todays cards use these silloutte images cut from my Heritage cricut cartridge.I just had to add lace and kaisercraft pearls to complete them.I have spent most of today photoing some cards with nathan, and sorting my boxes for Sundays market, but I am short of Ladies cards, due to Mothers day, so will be in the craft room tonight making some of those! Til tomorrow….

Butterfly garden no.2

This is the second card I made using Pink Paisley butterfly garden papers, and some kaisercraft rhinestones and kindyglitz. I didn’t make any more with this paper, because I used the rest to make my Birthday books, which I will be selling on Sunday at the market. speaking of which I received a phone call today from the market holders to  tell me where my site will be this sunday, and if any of you are looking for me I won’t be in my usual spot! I will be at pitch 50, which is down the other end from where I usually am, and in the middle row! We’ll see how I go there. Til tomorrow…..

Its all about shoes!

Todays cards is perfect for teen girls. I used Shop til you drop shoe stamps (Docrafts) and silver embossed them onto the black cardstock. I fussy cut a shoe from bazzil bling cardstock, and added some silver trim and ribbon and it was done! A couple of days off now, so will be busy in the card room, and thinking about new ideas for xmas cards! Til tomorrow……

Butterfly Garden

Todays card uses a new paper – Butterfly Garden by Pink Paisley. I only made a couple of cards with this paper because I used the rest to make Birthday books which i will get Nathan to photograph this weekend, and hopefully be able to show you all next week.As well as the pink paisley paper I  used a Prima flower, and websters pages lace, and used my versamark pen on the ladies dress, and brushed it with perfect pearls powder – my newest purchase – and I’m loving the effect! Til tomorrow….

The last prima madeline card!

Oops! I have just discovered that all that published of last nights post was the title! Not sure what happened, so here goes again! This is the last card I have in my file  using Prima madeline papers. On this one I just fussy cut a few flowers from the paper and mounted them on the bottom of the card and added a lace bow. This paper has been great to work with, and I certainly got my moneys worth out of it! Til tomorrow….
