Tonights card uses Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante patterned papers, and oxford Impressions stamps – Corstery.I used an elements collection chipboard dress shape,Taken with Teal stampin up cardstock, lace,button, rhinestones and my sewing machine. I love doing cards like this, and the combination of Steampunk Debutante and the oxford impressions stamps work so well!. Here is a card I made a couple of weeks ago, after I bought some Collection element chipboard pieces that were in the shape of a dressmakers dummy. I shaped the top of the dress to the chipboard, and crease folded the skirt. The papers used were Basic grey Curio, and I added lots of lace, just cos I love using it! Til tomorrow…..

Today I played around with my embossing folders to create a different look to my background. I used bazzil cardstock, a butterfly die, and lace and pearls, and for the background I swiped  a Pixie Pink ( Stampin up) stamp pad over my embossing folder before I put it through the cuttlebug. A really quick and simple way to achieve a different look. I am busy today doing a huge order for wedding cards, which I have almost completed, but I also have to make some name day ceremony cards and I’m not sure what would be acceptable for that occasion – has anyone got any ideas? I made this card on a very hot day, and I think the weather influenced my colour choices, but I think it turned out ok! It is for a friend at work. I used Poppy Parade and Daffodil delight Stampin up cardstock, a Butterfly die cut, assorted flowers, Magnolia Jewels on a silver wire, and kaisercraft pearls.Short post today as its shopping night tonight. Todays card uses Stampin up Cheer to You stamp set, and Taken with teal cardstock. The patterned paper is Basic grey Junebug, and I also used Kaisercraft pearls, and coloured the stamped images with twinkling h2o’s.I have used this samp set a lot – its so versatile! Tonight I’m working on a card that features a cake shop window – I’m using acetate for the window panes. If it works I’ll post it when my photographer has time to take the photo! Til tomorrow…..

Todays card is so quick to make! When I first started cardmaking, I bought these outline stickers, and then wasn’t sure what to do with them, so they sat in a drawer for a couple of years, til I moved into my craft room and found them, so thought I would finally do something with them. I used Kaisercraft patterned paper, and bazill cardstock, and stuck the outline sticker onto some shiny paper. I then hand cut it out and mounted it onto the card along with some metallic ribbon. The paper I used on todays card is from Websters Pages ( a favourite) Hollywood vogue. I also used a prima flower,lace and kaisercraft pearls.I have been busy today setting up my March lesson at paper flourish, and while I was there I picked up a lovely big new stamp of a lighthouse scene, so now I am busy colouring! The title of todays post is taken from the name of the Prima range of papers that I used – Flights of fancy.I also used stampin Up cardstock – Marina Mist, Asst flowers, Kaisercraft pearls,and Magnolia teardrop fewels. I fussy cut the butterfly out of the prima paper.Today I have been revisiting some old papers to try and clear a bit of space in my drawers, so that I can justify buying new stock ! I will continue on with this for the rest of todayand should have some good photos to take tomorrow. Til tomorrow…..

I titled this one cuttlebug card because thats the only tool I used to make this card. Quick and easy. The colours came into my head and wouldn’t go away until I had done something with them! I used Yellow bazill cardstock and Poppy Parade Stampin up cardstock. The emboss folder is swiss dots, and the Butterfly is a new die from marianne designs. In the corner I put assorted flowers,Magnolia jewels on a silver stem, and Kaisercraft pearls. Today I have spent clearing my orders, so all up to date! Til tomorrow…..

This is the last card in this series that I have made. I will revisit this paper, but not for a while. I received my latest Stampin Up order from Kay today, and I have 5 new stamp sets to play with! Great excitement! Anyway back to todays card – the cardstock is Stampin Up night of navy, and the paper is Kaisercraft Magic happens, which I fussy cut for the Fairy and butterfly. Great paper and so easy to work with . A busy day over at the village today,all the ladies were organised, and they even had dedicated insert cutters, inserters, and baggers ( lovingly nicknamed bag ladies!) We had a great time with them all as usual, and although I left before the final count ( where do they get their energy from), I believe it was in the region of 150 cards for the troops.
