Corsetry and lace

After weeks of sickness, I can finally say I am feeling back to my old self! So I will be found in the craft room if anyone needs me! Todays card uses a bit of product, including – Elements collection chipboard, Authentique ‘Uncommon’ patterned paper and elements sheet, sizzix die, Stampin up vintage brad, Flamingo perfect pearls and ribbon and lace. Phew that was a list….Oh the cardstock is stampin up cameo coral (Retired – a shame) and sahara sand.Til tomorrow….

New Paper collection

This is a new paper collection from a company called Authentique. The collection is called Uncommon, and it is a lovely textured heavyweight paper. I used stampin Up blushing Bride,Very vanilla and sahara sand cardstock, and fussy cut the roses from one of the sheets of paper. the greeting is from a small sheet of elements that is part of the collection. To finish off I used a small amount of Flamingo Perfect Pearls.Til tomorrow…..

Bunting and paper hats….

I cut triangles out of the websters pages Lets celebrate collection, to make the bunting, and fussy cut the paper hats out of another piece of patterned paper to make this festive birthday card. I also used a little liquid pearls. Well finally I got into my craft room today, and did a few xmas cards, and finished organising my next village lesson. I also had an order for a renewal of vows card, so I did that as well, my mojo is back! Til tomorrow…..

Lets Celebrate

Todays card is another made with Websters Pages lets celebrate papers.I have also used a websters pages canvas tag and some ribbon and liquid pearls. The cupcakes on this paper are really cute – instead of icing the tops of the cakes are flowers! The end of the working week for me, and now that I am felling a little better I am looking forward to spending some time in the craft room at last! Til tomorrow…..

Prima Romantique + Acetate

Well, I must say I am feeling a little better today, and actually sat in the craft room for a short while this morning, and created a couple of cards, but I have developed the worst symptom so far this week – No Voice! Anyone that knows me knows this is a disaster of mega proportions -not able to speak… just horrible! The dogs just sit and stare at me and my son jumps every time I go near him – he says I am sneaking up on him, but obviously usually I start the conversation before I get to him which gives him warning I am coming, which is not happening today. Todays cards were a bit of an experiment – I wanted to see if this gorgeous acetate would go through the cuttlebug, which it did, beautifully. The acetate is teresa Collins Posh lace, and the papers are Prima Romantique. I also used  assorted ribbons, stick pins, flowers and lace.

Beau Chateau 3

This is the third in my Beau Chateau (stampin up designer paper) series. I have combined it here with stampin up cardstock – pink pirouette and metal label holder, and Marianne designs dies. Still no crafting happening here but I am feeling a little better, and hope to be back in the craft room tomorrow. Til then……

Beau Chateau

Todays card is one I made using Stampin Up Beau chateau designer paper, Marina mist cardstock, and stampin up stamps – Young Vermillion and a flourish (which I clear embossed) from Friends 24-7. I also used a My minds eye brad and some gorgeous embossed satin ribbon. I did some fussy cutting from other sheets in the designer collection for the flowers. This paper is a favourite at the moment, the colours are great. No cardmaking today as I am still sick, hoping I will be better for work tomorrow, but we will see. Til tomorrow….

A forgotten card…

Going through my photo files, deciding what to put up today, I found this one, which wasn’t put up with the other cards made from Kaisercraft Miss Nellie papers. I don’t know why, I might have been distracted with Fathers day or something. Anyway, here it is, and I also used a sizzix flower die through my cuttlebug, sprayed it with a little water and shaped it, a kaisercraft sparklet, Martha Stewart butterfly punch and ribbon and lace.I’m not so well this weekend so haven’t done any crafting, and I’m getting itchy fingers, so I might try something tonight. Til tomorrow…..

Farmers market…

This card would be good for any gardeners in the family, male or female, and I always love Websters pages collections. This one is Farmers Market, and all i added to it was the little wheelbarrow which was stamped and cut out. The stamp is a really old one from kaisercraft. Its been a lovely day here, but i think hay fever season is upno us, and my head is suffering a little from it, so not sure whether the craft room will be occupied tonight. til tomorrow…..

Musical theme birthday

This is a good card for teenagers. The stamps are from the Live Loud collection by imaginisce, and I used my cuttlebug and music embossing folder with some coredinations cardstock for the background. I sanded the background after embossing. The card base is Stampin Up early espresso.I added a few brads for some more texture. I did make a couple of xmas cards last night but then got distracted with my new designer papers from stampin up, so will photo my efforts on the week end to show you! Til tomorrow…..
