Todays cards uses Kaisercraft magic happens papers and Stampin up cardstock. These papers don’t need any further embellishment except for a little Kindyglitz. I haven’t done any cards for my market boxes this week, as I have had a lot of orders, and its market weekend this weekend, so hopefully I get some done, but not tonight as I have another order to do! Its a boys 18th tonight, which always tests my creativity! Til tomorrow….

Jungle Bug
I have had this range of paper – Kaisercraft Jungle Bug – for quite a while, and have used a lot of it, but in my attempt to clear some space in my paper drawers the other week, I got it out again and made these two cards. As usual the cardstock is Stampin Up – you just can’t beat it for colour matching and thickness . Quick post tonight as its shopping night! til tomorrow…..
Just Stamping!
Its not often I do a card that is purely stamping, but this stamp from Stamps Happen Inc is so huge that its all you can fit on a card. As soon as I saw it in the shop I knew it had to be mine! I combined Stampin Up Not quite Navy, naturals Ivory and real red cardstock, and also used Oxford impressions stamps In the deep ( for the anchor and little starfish.) I coloured it with stamp pads and an aquabrush and did a little sponging too.I 3d’d the lighthouse. Today I taught my class,a nd a good time was had by all – especially me – I love my ladies! Tonight I will have the house to myself so I will get on with a few orders. Til tomorrow…..
Hey Birdie!
Tonights collection is from Kaisercraft Hey Birdie collection, which was one of the first collections I ever bought. Before that I would just buy sheets of paper as they appealed to me. I soon realised the benefits of buying a whole collection that was prematched for me! The end of a working week for me tonight, so a few days of creating stretching in front of me – Bliss! Candy Lane
Continuing on with my project to whittle down my stack of patterned paper I returned to Kaisercraft Candy Lane Collection for these cards. As usual the cardstock is Stampin Up. I love the colours on this paper and they are always very popular cards. I have lost count of the number of cards I have made out of this one paper pad and chipboard pieces and glittery teapot paper! Graphic 45 a Proper Gentleman
Another group of cards using up bits and pieces left over from my Graphic 45 A proper Gentleman papers. The cardstock used is Stampin Up, and on the card on the right I used my cuttlebug embossing folder and coredinations cardstock sanded back for the greeting.Til tomorrow…..
Up Up and Away
A couple of weeks ago I went through my collection of papers, and in an attempt to reduce it a bit I made up a few cards from each collection. This one is Kaisercraft Up Up and away, and the cardstock used is Stampin up.Its been a lazy public holiday today, with a smattering of cardmaking, and a fair bit of lazing around and reading! Steampunk debutante
Tonights card uses Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante patterned papers, and oxford Impressions stamps – Corstery.I used an elements collection chipboard dress shape,Taken with Teal stampin up cardstock, lace,button, rhinestones and my sewing machine. I love doing cards like this, and the combination of Steampunk Debutante and the oxford impressions stamps work so well!. Basic Grey Curio
Here is a card I made a couple of weeks ago, after I bought some Collection element chipboard pieces that were in the shape of a dressmakers dummy. I shaped the top of the dress to the chipboard, and crease folded the skirt. The papers used were Basic grey Curio, and I added lots of lace, just cos I love using it! Til tomorrow…..
Inked Embossing folder
Today I played around with my embossing folders to create a different look to my background. I used bazzil cardstock, a butterfly die, and lace and pearls, and for the background I swiped a Pixie Pink ( Stampin up) stamp pad over my embossing folder before I put it through the cuttlebug. A really quick and simple way to achieve a different look. I am busy today doing a huge order for wedding cards, which I have almost completed, but I also have to make some name day ceremony cards and I’m not sure what would be acceptable for that occasion – has anyone got any ideas? I would welcome any suggestions! Til tomorrow…..
