IMG_1757 (Medium)Well, thats another Christmas day past, I hope you all had a lovely day with your loved ones. I certainly did, and so good to get together with my Mum and dad and 3 sisters, and their families.Today has been a day of recovery, not so much from eating too much yesterday, but from the hectic time I have had at work! I did spend a klittle time in the craft room this afternoon making all my cards for Februarys classes, and nathan fiklmed a bit of a clip for the Paper Flourish blog which will go live in a couple of weeks. Now for todays card… Prima Seashore collection is the paper, and I stamped the top layer with a stampin up boat stamp, and inked around all my edges with some distress ink.The trim is from prima, and I added a button from my collection.Til tomorrow….

Kaisercraft sandy toes number 1

IMG_1753 (Medium)As today is so hot here I thought it would be a good idea to put up a card that makes me feel cool while I look at it! The paper collection is a new release from Kaisercraft – Sandy toes, and is full of lovely patterns and cool colours.I inked around all my edges with shades of blue and green distress ink, and added a bit more colour to the panel with the ship on it too.Wound a little linen thread around my main panel, and added a charm to finish.I am off now to finish wrapping some presents, and then I think I am all organised for Christmas! til tomorrow…..

No time for crafting so far this weekend, but I am going to go now and sit down with some stamped out images and my bottles of re-inkers and relax in front of the tv and do some colouring so that when I do get back to the craft room I have some images coloured and ready to go!Til tomorrow…..

Pink Paislee Bella Rouge paper , stampin up create a cupcake

The stamp set is Stampin up Create a cupcake, and I stamped my images onto white scrap cardstock and fussy cut them out. the butterfly was also fussy cut from the reverse of the patterned paper. The sentiment stamp came from the create a cupcake set.I taught my last lesson of the year today, a big group of lovely ladies, and a very enjoyable morning it was too!I have had a relaxing afternoon, but now it’s time to organise dinner, so Til tomorrow…..
