Graphic 45 botanical tea number 1!
I want to say right off the bat that this is not my design! I saw it on the Graphic 45 blog, and fell in love with it so it was the first card I made with the Graphic 45 Botanical Tea papers. having said that, I have changed it a little bit – on the blog it was a mini album, so I changed it to a card, added a ribbon bow in the top right hand corner, and some bling pouring out of the tea pot.Tomorrow we start with my designs! Til tomorow….
Kaisercraft Telegraph Road number 3
I bought the range of Kaisercraft Telegraph road last month, but haven’t had much spare time to create with it. I did make this one, with the 12 a 12 papers, even the band across the bottom is a piece of the paper ( looks like a ribbon doesn’t it!)and the chipboard flower was a piece lying on my desk – I think it came with some freebies on a magazine. the cardstock is some retired stampin up cardstock – that was the last piece I had, a shame really because it goes so well with this paper! til tomorrow….
kaisercraft velvet crush and prima doll stamp 2…
Julie nutting prima Doll Stamp and Kiasercraft velvet crush.
I keep coming back to Kaisercraft Velvet Crush paper and collectables, but here I have teamed it up with my Julie Nutting Prima Doll stamp. I stamped the image on some websters pages paper that had the right colour for skin tone, and stamped it again on some velvet crush, and paper pieced it all together. That way all I had to colour was the hair. I am still learning the colouring technique, and here I used prismacolour pencils. These stamps are large so I made a bigger card – 21cm x 21 cm and then folded in half – that is called a DL size, and the envelopes are readily available ( they are the same size as those rotten bills come in!)i have another one to show tomorrow.Til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Blast off 3 and 4

We are all over the place with this blog lately – I am trying to clear some files of cards that I just didn’t get around to posting with the rest of their collection and I think we are nearly caught up now! These two cards were made with Kaisercraft blast off 6″ paper pad and matching collectables. i fussy cut a little monster from some of the paper to peer out of the porthole in the rocket on the top card. Simple cards as there are no other embellishments on them . The cardstock is stampin Up. day off today, but so busy.. lots to do and not enough time to do it in! Til tomorrow…..
Graphic 45 couture collection number 17!
Sorry .. couldn’t help myself! this is the last one in this series for a while, mainly because I have moved on to the new graphic 45 paper collection – botanical tea. Having great fun with it today. This card uses graphic 45 couture collection and stampin up cardstock. I have done a bit of fussy cutting, and thats it! I think this is why I love this companys paper – you don’t need lots of product to make really nice cards – the paper and some cardstock is all you need.Sometimes we rely too much on pre made flowers and lots of die cutting to make really effective cards but with some good quality paper and a little imagination we can save a lot of money and really enjoy ourselves whilst creating! Lecture over… I am off to the craft room to continue making.. I have been on a creative roll today, it’s been great! Til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Couture Collection 15 and 16

I thought this paper would suit a card made to look like a shop front. These style of cards are one of my favourite to make. Both cards use graphic 45 couture collection papers, and the top card uses a scallop edge punch to make the bottom of the shop awning, while I just used a piece of fussy cut paper for the bottom one.The cardstock is stampin up. After a long week the weekend is finally here and I am looking forward to relaxing in the craft room! Til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Tea party 13, 14 and 15 .. the very last!
