I have titled these ones A place in time., but I am a bit torn – they could be from graphic 45 Time to celebrate…either way they are graphic 45 papers,my favourite paper company and I love working with any of their paper. Just a little layering and ribbon and lace for these 2 easy cards.Today has been a lovely relaxing day in the craft room, doing an order or two, and making some male cards for all the male birthdays coming up in our family, and in between a few cards ready for the fair boxes. I haven’t settled on one thing – just moved from paper collection and stamp set as the fancy took me- not a way I usually work, but fun just the same. here is the last of my A place in time series using Graphic 45 papers.Sonething new tomorrow. I matted the small images using bazil and kaisercard cardstock, and added a seam binding ribbbon binding bow. I have turned this one into a mothers day card, but on reflection it would make a lovely girls card – not sure what I was thinking there!The card base is Stampin Up baja breeze cardstock, which my sister tells me is being discontinued so I have stocked up on it as it is one of my favourite colours for card bases.Seems to match a lot of the papers I have in my craft room, and I am sorry to see it go.Looking forward to spending a couple of hours in the craft room tonight after a truly hectic week1 Til tomorrow….

I have been on a bit of a hunt through my photo files looking for the card ( well two actually) that I made for a 40th retro birthday order that I had, and it appears that I haven’t got photos of them although Nathan and I are both sure that we took them. I still have one of the cards so the next time the camera is out we will take a photo so that I can post it! So to todays card – This is Graphic 45 paper – the images are from a Place In Time, and the background is from an older graphic 45 collection – the good thing about Graphic 45 paper is that most of the collections do have pieces that will match with other collections.The bigger image is matted on Kaisercard, and I found some trim in my ribbon drawer that matches perfectly with the blue and orange tones.Taught a class last night, and this morning – lovely ladies, and had a great time. This afternoon was a little nap time to catch up on lost sleep, and now I am ready for the weekend! Til tomorrow….

Here is the last card I made with my 2 sheets of Graphic 45 A place in time March cut outs. tomorrow we will move on to some cards with a tropical beach theme, in keeping with the very hot weather we are experiencing here1. Here I used stampin Up garden green cardstock, some lovely purple bazil, a cheery lyn tropical flourish die and a few flowers. the image was actually two, which I folded in half, lined up the bracket shape and stuck them together. Thats all for today, I am teaching a lesson tonight so must go and get organised. Til tomorrow…

Number 6 in my graphic 45 a place in time march cut outs series.I used Stampin Up garden green cardstock, and some bazil which I punched with Martha stewart lace doily punch, and also used some to matt the main image. A strip of the reverse side of the paper, some flowers and ribbon , bit of fussy cutting the fairy image and this is a great card for a young lady! Again very hot here today, I have been busy making sme boxes to put my cards in to, but will pack up now and cool off under the air conditioner..Til tomorrow….

Not much product on this one – graphic 45 A place in time March cut outs , some kaisercraft pearls, a little ribbon and Stampin Up Crushed Concorde card stock – a very quick and easy Mothers day card.Love the bird image on this one. It’s a few degrees cooler here today ( and not for long I am told) so I will be in the craft room tonight finishing off my orders before the temperature rises again! Til tomorrow….

Sorry I missed yesterdays post, but our new air conditioning system was installed and it was a little busy around here – just in the nick of time too, as I sit here it’s 43C and is going to stay that way for quite a few days. Today is number 4 in my Graphic 45 A place in time series, still using my original 2 sheets of March cut outs. The cardstock is Stampin up Garden Green, and a lovely piece of bazil. I stamped a four leaf clover from my oxford impressions Farm stamp set and gold embossed it. The addition of a kaisercraft brad, and there it is – a good luck card ! I have a couple of orders to do, but far too hot today, the glue will dry before I get it near the cardstock, so the craft room will have to wait. Til tomorrow….

Graphic 45 a place in Time march Cut outs paper, and some pretty Bazil for matting. The card stock is Stampin Up Garden Green, and just a little lace down the side. A liberal squirt of Kindyglitz and this one was a very quick make indeed!Very hot day here in South Australia, so definitely no card making tonight – just trying to stay cool in front of the T.V. for me! Today is the day that wordpress sends out my statistics for the year past, and I want to thank all 55,879 visitors for stopping by over the past year.Everyone who is a regular visitor will know that my favourite paper is Graphic 45 and so for the next few posts you will be seeing what I did with 2 sheets of Graphic 45 A place in time – march cut outs. I bought 2 because I loved the back as much as the front, and by the time I was finished I had used every scrap of both sheets! Todays cards are Mothers day cards – early I know, but the images are perfect for Mothers Day I think!The cardstock is Stampin Up Perfect plum and garden green, and I also used a little ribbon,lace, pearls and a kaisercraft brad.Til tomorrow….
