Tonights card has been in the queue for a couple of weeks now, but I thought I would show it tonight. I used my stampin up motorbike stamp, and some stampin up cardstock – early espresso and naturals ivory ( great for stamping on) . The patterned paper is Thrift Shop by October afternoon. Tonight I’m going to make a couple of girlie cards, and then the next few days will be taken up doing an order for 20 cards for a marriage celebrant. Til tomorrow….

Hunt and Gather
Timeless..
The other day when I bought lots of good stuff at paper flourish I picked up a 6″ paper pad by Kaisercraft called Timless. There are a lot of great background papers in it, and this is one of them. The card images were also in the pad, and I found a dice brad in the bottom of one of my drawers. The label is a stampin up die . Still no crafting happening here yet but after tea I intend to start my personal xmas cards so that they are not left to the last minute! Lets see how that goes…. Til tomorrow….
More Fathers Day
I missed doing last nights blog, as it was shopping night, and what a wild wet and windy night it was! After braving the elements all I wanted to do was sit down with a cup of tea by the heater and thaw out! Tonight I am back to Kaisercrafts new collection – Hunter and Gatherer. All I added was a button and twine. The cardstock is stampin Up Early Espresso. The bird images are gorgeous on this paper. Til tomorrow….
Fathers Day cuttlebug card
Todays Fathers day card was made using my cuttlebug machine. I used the largest of my spellbinders labels eight dies to shape the card, and the next smallest to emboss with craft concepts universal folder – In Stitches. The trophy is a cuttlebug die – You’re a winner, and the No. 1 is cuttlebug typewriter letters dies. The dad is a different story…. Nathan bought me some stuff called laser transfer foil from a company called Crafty Computer Paper. It comes in all different colours, and comes per metre. Its not cheap, but you do get a lot to play with. You print whatever you like through your computer ( in my case – dad) and then cover the print with the special paper, and run it through the laminater. One thing we found – it does like a very hot laminater. The effect is glittery- shiny! The green I have will be great on christmas cards.I have a Village lesson tonight so I’m off to get organised! Til tomorrow…..

Dad
Tonights card is made with the new Kaisercraft up up and away papers and matching stamps. I also used Stampin up Mellow Moss cardstock, and stampin up ink pads – choc chip, old olive and really rust. I used a metallic pen to draw in the string from the balloons, and the balloons were stamped twice, cut out and layered on the card. Still cold, but the heater is on in here again, and it will be another fun night of card making!
Golf
Hi all, I am having mouse problems tonight, Sometimes technology drives me nuts! I’m sure Nathan wishes his name was something else right now! Todays card is the last of my Graphic 45 Fathers day series, gee that patterned paper was good value!I have used Stampin up Handsome Hunter cardstock, and a bit of Bazzill cardstock, along with the Graphic 45 patterned paper – A proper Gentleman. The ribbon is from my craft supply, it is very unusual, and whenever I see unusual ribbon I grab it, so very often can’t remember where I got it from! I can still make many more cards from aforementioned patterned paper, but will not bore you all with more show and tell, or maybe next Fathers day!
