Paper,Flower and lace

I’ve been missing for a few days because I have had a seriously ill sister, but hopefully she has turned a corner now, and we can all breathe a little easier.

Tonights card is just patterned paper ( Kaisercraft English rose) a Prima flower , with chipboard leaves from Kaisercraft, and a bit of lace tied into a bow. Quick and easy,  one of my favourite cards, but I do love the English Rose paper and I have made so many cards with it already. If we have managed to get more in stock, it will be the focus of my class at Paper flourish this month.I wish you all a safe and happy, healthy new year and til next year…..!

More English Rose

Tonights card uses my English Rose 6″ paper pad, Wild Wasabi stampin Up cardstock,a martha stewart punch, and a bit of ribbon and pearls.Great excitement today as my new stamps from Oxford Impressions have arrived. I am in the process of mounting them all, and hopefully over the next few days break I will get a chance to play with them all. I am officially on my xmas break and it feels great! I survived another xmas season in retail.. Yay!!.. Til tomorrow….

Devonshire Tea (take 2)

Again I have used paper from Kaisercrafts range of Devonshire tea.I have used Martha Stewarts punches, some bling , a Prima flower, and I made the little ones out of the patterned paper. Yes I have already started making my Mothers Day cards, because last year I made 80 and ran out, so thought I would start early this year and just do a few  each week so I don’t get bored doing them.Tonight I am playing with my new jumbo wheel from stampin up. I recently bought 2 new wheels, but haven’t had time to play with them yet.  Til tomorrow….

Curio

Another card tonight using the new Basic Grey Curio range. Here I have also used a chipboard bird from Kaisercraft which I coloured using my Tim Holtz inkpads and sponge on a handle thingy. The acetate bird in the corner is from Elements collection. today I spent the afternoon planning out a couple of classes, and this year I plan to be a lesson or two ahead, with my retirement village ladies anyway.Til tomorrow….
