Back to christmas! The paper used in this quick series is Simple Stories – december documented, and here I have done a little bit of fussy cutting, and used a stampin up punch for the xmas bauble, added a red ribbon bow and mounted the whole lot onto a card made using Stampin up cardstock.Til tomorrow….
Prima Delight number 1
I recently bought some new papers which included a new range by prima – Delight. This is my kind of paper – great for vintage cards. So far i have only made this one card using it – been a bit busy with xmas cards, but hope to get back to it very soon! I created a few layers for this card, and distressed and inkied all the edges. I made a flower with my sizzix tattered florals die and put it together with a stampin up antique brad. The little pearl swirls are also from Prima. today has gone by so quickly, and I haven’t created too much but am heading off to the craft room now for an hour or so.. bliss…. til tomorrow….
lots of animals….

While I was on my quick break a few weeks ago, we stopped in a small town for afternoon tea, and found a scrapbooking store to visit – as you do.. and I bought a couple of sheets of paper made by a company I hadn’t come across – Hobby Fun Co.,Ltd. One sheet was full of animal images, and the other sheet had borders, and bits for fussy cutting. I made 10 cards with these two pieces of paper, and here are 4 of them. For the bottom two cards I used some Stampin Up paper for the background layers, and I fussy cut Balloons and paper hats out of the same stampin up paper. For the top two, I punched a picket fence with a martha stewart border punch, and used kaisercraft papers for the backgrounds. No crafting tonight because i must get all my paperwork in order for the the tax man next week…. Til tomorrow….
Stampin Up Afternoon Picnic number 4
Still with Stampin Up Afternoon Picnic designer series paper, and another colour way. This time I did a 6″ by 6″ card, and made an envelope using my memory keepers envelope maker. Used the smallest size, and popped a tea bag inside it.I fussy cut some of the images from the paper, and die cut the word relax using a Die- Versions die – editor-in chief die. I turned back the paper to leave a pocket for the envelope, and added aribbon bow. Today I have put aside the christmas stash and have been working on some mens cards, and a couple of birthday cards for family members, al in all a nice crafty day! til tomorrow…
stampin Up afternoon Picnic number 3
hard to believe that this paper is from the same designer series ( stampin Up Afternoon Picnic) as the previous card! Bo Bunny The avenues, number 2
Bo Bunny – The Avenues….
this one had me stumped- I had to go through all my paper collections to find the name! I have only done a couple of cards with it so that’s why it didn’t come to mind… anyway it is Bo Bunny The Avenues, and the bits and pieces on the card front are from the matching noteworthy collection. I distressed all the edges, and I have left it out on my table to do some more with it this evening. I have been working on xmas most of the day so will welcome a little break tonight! Til tomorrow….
kaisercraft St. Nicholas number 9
Here is the last in my Kaisercraft St. Nicholas series, and for this one I used the 6 ” pad for the backing pieces and the sentiment, and some images from the St. Nicholas collectables as the focus of the card. The cardstock is Stampin Up Always Avocado, and just a little Kindyglitz to highlight. I am officially on Holidays today, and have a host of things lined up to do in the cratf room, can’t wait to get started! Til tomorrow….
