On this first card I have used the 6″ pad and matching collectables, as well as some Stampin Up early espresso cardstock and Kaisercraft Sparklets. I think this would make a good retirement card! IMG_7236 (Medium)Number 6 in my graphic 45 a place in time march cut outs series.I used Stampin Up garden green cardstock, and some bazil which I punched with Martha stewart lace doily punch, and also used some to matt the main image. A strip of the reverse side of the paper, some flowers and ribbon , bit of fussy cutting the fairy image  and this is a great card for a young lady! Again very hot here today, I have been busy making sme boxes to put my cards in to, but will pack up now and cool off under the air conditioner..Til tomorrow….

It’s a few degrees cooler here today ( and not for long I am told) so I will be in the craft room tonight finishing off my orders before the temperature rises again! Til tomorrow….

Graphic 45 A place in time number 4

IMG_7234 (Medium)Sorry I missed yesterdays post, but our new air conditioning system was installed and it was a little busy around here – just in the nick of time too, as I sit here it’s 43C and is going to stay that way for quite a few days. Today is number 4 in my Graphic 45 A place in time series, still using my original 2 sheets of March cut outs. The cardstock is Stampin up Garden Green, and a lovely piece of bazil. I stamped a four leaf clover from my oxford impressions Farm stamp set and gold embossed it. The addition of a kaisercraft brad, and there it is – a good luck card ! I have a couple of orders to do, but far too hot today, the glue will dry before I get it near the cardstock, so the craft room will have to wait. Til tomorrow….

Stampin Up countryside number 6

IMG_7231 (Medium)Here is the last in my Stampin Up countryside stamp set series – I have loved working with this stamp set, and it will be afavourite choice when I have to make those mens cards. I have used the truck image here and stamped it in Cherry cobbler ink onto very vanilla cardstock ( everything used here today is stampin up except for the button). Other cardstock used is cherry cobbler and soft sude. I embossed the soft suede with my square lattice embossing folder. The sentiment is a stamp from the curly cute set, and I added a button and bit of linen thread to finish.I have spent most of today restoring some order to my craft room, I have been so busy the past month that everything was just everywhere, but now I can find things again it’s time for some serious crafting! Til tomorrow….

stampin up Country side number 5

IMG_7230 (Medium)For my fifth card in my Stampin Up countryside Series I used 2 of the stamps in the set, and stamped them with early Espresso ink. The card base is choc chip cardstock, and I also used crumbcake, very vanilla and close to cocoa( retired colour) all from Stampin Up. I used my woodgrain embossing folder, again inking it up before I embossed, to get that lovely shaded effect. A little linen thread, and this one was done! I have been making some boxes for my cards this afternoon, so now it’s off into the craft room to make some cards to put in them ! Til tomorrow….
