Uniquely Creative Steampunk Safari..part 2..
This week I have continued on with my Uniquely Creative Steampunk safari paper collection, but used the gorgeous floral elements in pretty autumn colours.I made some flowers using book paper and Glassine to add and found some metal butterflies to add as well.I love the numbers die from Uniquely Creative which I die cut in rose gold cardstock. Sequins, and a touch of liquitex iridescent medium and they were finished. It has been a cold wet week here so lots of crafting has been done, and I have been trying out some new ideas getting the most out of my ink pads. I will be putting those up on my instagram helengreco30 this week. Til next time, stay safe…
Kaisercraft Nature Breeze
Four cards this week, made with kaisercraft Nature Breeze. pretty papers with gorgeous birdlife! Some fussy cutting, but not a piece of ribbon or lace to be seen! I have spent more time outside this week..the sun has been out in the afternoons, and it’s been lovely outside weather. I hope you are all staying safe, til next time….
More Uniquely Creative Gums and Roses…
This week I have made a few more cards with the Uniquely Creative Gums and Roses paper collection. I love our little Australian critters.. they are too cute! I haven’t added too much extra to these ones, the paper is so gorgeous on it’s own.. a little lace, ribbon and muslin ( frayed) and a couple of fabric flowers, and some lovely fussycutting! It has been a sunny week here so I have done a little gardening and sitting in the garden, but we are still not moving out of our comfort zone too much… til next time, stay safe….
Kaisercraft Sunkissed 4, 5 and 6…
Three more cards made with kaisercraft Sunkissed paper collection. I haven’t added anything else to these cards, the papers are all that is needed, and they are certainly bright and cheerful…just what we need this week, with all that is going on around us, and the weather here so very cold!Please stay safe, til next time….
More Kaisercraft ladylike…
I made a few cards for my craft fair boxes, as that will be here before we know it and I need to focus! The 21st card features the kaisercraft ladylike patterned paper from the 6″ pad, and some gorgeous flowers, soft lace,a metal on top of the key, and numbers die cut from a Uniquely creative die. The second card is all paper, a little die cutting of the leaves and a bird punched from a stampin up bird punch. Again the paper is from the 6″ pad. Finally the spring cleaning of the craft room is done, just some moving of furniture to happen, but my two muscle men have gone for a week to Sydney to visit their son/brother so that will have to wait…Meanwhile the week stretches before me without them, but lots of crafting! More Graphic 45 Floral Shoppe..
Two more pretty cards made with graphic 45 Floral shoppe, and the journalling cards that were brought out with this collection. I have done a little fussy cutting, some raising of elements with foam tape, and added lace, ribbon and flowers. This week has been a horrendously hot and humid week, no-one had energy for anything, so not a lot done in the way of crafting. The humidity gets into the paper and everything feels damp!This week is promising to be a little cooler so normal activities can resume!Til next time…..
Graphic 45 Floral Shoppe..
Todays two cards are made with Graphic 45 Floral Shoppe.. lots of fussy cutting and a few pretty flowers .. so easy to work with these pretty papers. This week is still the ongoing job of cleaning out the craft room, I have found the rythmn now… a couple of hours of sorting out papers and a reward of an hour of crafting with found goodies! In between of course I am spending a little time coming up with new classes for my village ladies. Til next time….
Mintay Bloomville..final two…
Here are my final two Mintay Bloomville cards ( for now anyway!). The top card is a very simple card that I taught to my retirement village ladies,and involves some embossing with a kaisercraft folder, and fussy cutting of assorted Mintay bloomville papers. The happy Birthday is a die. The second card is a double z fold card, with assorted Mintay Bloomville papers to decorate. This week the craft room clean up continues, with various stops along the way to play with unearthed treasures! Til next time…..
Mintay Bloomville…
Mintay Bloomville is a gorgeous paper collection,with glorious colours to work with. Lots of fussy cutting opportunities, but I only did a little bit for these two cards. As with every Mintay collection there is a sheet of really pretty mini card fronts and they are what I used for the focus here. As usual when I am working with any Mintay I did lots of layering..I like to get as much of the different paper on one card as I can ..lol… The only extra I added was the little oval metal on the second card and the sentiments. I have added a photo my little Luna, who waits patiently for me to move from the crafting table and play with her.. Til next time….
