Uniquely Creative Something Blue

This week I received the new Uniquely Creative paper collection and ephemera for November. It’s called Something Blue, very pretty with lots of fussy cutting potential! These are the first three cards I have made, just the papers, a little cardstock a touch of lace and a couple of wooden embellishments. The last card is a slim line card..I have been trying these out, and I like them! Til next time..stay safe…

Porcelain rose number 9 with acetate

IMG_5847 (Medium)This one was a hard one to photo so i hope you all get the general idea! I used Kiasercraft Porcelain Rose paper, and the gorgeous sheet of acetate that was released with this collection. The 12 x 12 ” acetate has a beautiful pattern all the way around it, with roses, and birds so I did this design a few times using every inch of that acetate! I cut the front of my base card off and replaced it with acetate, while inside I lined the card with paper, and added a little pocket with a journal card from the matching collectables so that you can write a message to the recipient. Back to work for me today, so bit tired tonight, and a night in front of the tv is all I will be up to! Til tomorrow…

My Minds Eye My Girl

For this first card I cut strips, punched circles, fussy cut a little and edged everything with Stampin up ink – Melon Mambo, which is also the name of the cardstock used. hero Arts sentiment stamp, and my minds eye enamel dots for the centre of my punched circle flowers, and this one was finished! Today I have planned out my retirement village lesson, and am now ready to just create! til tomorrow….
