lotsFor my last Indigo skies make I did another card and box, lots of ribbon and lace, flowers and of course the fussy cut butterflies. I actually still have a lot of butterflies left over so you will see them pop up now and again on a card or two. I was quite pleased with the amount of makes I got out of my 3 sheets of patterned paper. Next time we move on to a few male themed cards I made – there has been a lack of men styled paper so far this year and so for these ones I have had to rely on stamps and dies!Til tomorrow…..
Here is another box and matching card using Prima Anna Marie paper and some prima flowers. The die cuts were made with spellbinders Enchanted Labels 28, and I just added a ribbon bow, and chipboard piece ( also from prima).Once I had die cut the large rectangle I stuck it onto a piece of patterned paper and fussy cut around it to get the different colour underneath. The flourish is by magnolia. I taught a lovely class of ladies this morning, then headed to the shops to replenish my cupboards, as I haven’t had time to shop since we got home from holidays. As usual my break has gone far too quickly and it’s back to work tomorow!Til tomorrow….
As I have mentioned before I have been making a few cards and matching boxes for my stall in June at the local craft fair, and this was one of them. The card is on the left, and I used stampin up cardstock, matted a couple of papers from Bo Bunny primrose collection, fussy cut the butterflies and flowers along the bottom, and added some Kaisercraft pearl strips. the box is on the right hand side, and I kept the decoration quite simple , using another fussy cut butterfly and a die cut from the same collection. Liquid pearls and a ribbon bow to finish off the decoration on that one. the end of a long working week and I am looking forward to some relaxation time, and some experimenting with some new tools that I will share next week! til tomorrow….
