Here are the last two cards I made in my kaisercraft butterfly kisses collection. I also used the collectables and chipboard pieces from the same collection. The sentiments are stampin up stamps, and the cardstock here is Bazil.I had big plans today to start moving my huge library of books into the large room vacated by my younger son when he moved into his own place,I have already claimed some of it for the craft room annex, but anyway,.. I got sidetracked. well, didn’t even get started because I had a card laid out ready to stick down, and then more ideas came and before I knew it most of the day had disappeared and I have a lovely pile of cards made with my new Prima forever green paper which nathan and I will photo this week so that I can start posting them!Til tomorrow….

My Minds eye my Girl number 3
Number 3 in my My Minds Eye My Girl series – I made good use of the designs on the patterned papers for this one, and die cut ( using stampin up hearts a Flutter dies) a couple of banners, and fussy cut a flower and butterfly as well. The sentiment stamp is from hero arts, and I used stampin up Melon Mambo cardstock and ink.I taught a class today, and while in the shop grabbed some more of this paper, as I think we will be doing cards very similar to these in one of my may classes – I just love the bold bright statement! Til tomorrow….
October afternoon farm Girl number 3
This one was super easy – I covered the whole card base with October Afternoon patterned paer, and then just decorated with other pieces that I had fussy cut from the same collection. The gingham strip down the right hand side is a scrap from the same range, and I added a button and flower for some texture. Most of the fussy cut images were stuck in place with mounted squares to add some height. a bit of bling to the fussy cut flowers in the corner, and done! It is a really hot day here today, but I will pop into the craft room for a short while to fulfill an order, but I won’t be hanging around in there – it’s definitely sit under the air conditioner and watch t.v. weather. Til tomorrow……
