We are deep into Christmas card making now and these are cards I made with my second Christmas paper purchase..Prima Christmas in the country. I just used the A4 pad, and did some fussy cutting. With the addition of a holly die, some Prima holly leaves, lace, metals and some matting these cards came together easily. I have moved away from papers now and have started doing some die cutting and embossing to make full use of all my Christmas dies – those ones will be up after next week when we finish with the Prima! Til next time….

This week I have been making Christmas cards with Stamperia Pink Christmas paper collection. This collection is rich with beautiful vintage images, and I have made 14 cards so far, with more to make!Needless to say I will have to show you these split over a few blogs! I used all sorts of bits and pieces..resin frames, lace, metals, flowers and ribbon but I also made some with no extra bits at all as shown in the top card. The third card is a gatefold card so is decorated inside as well. I can also report that I have finally finished preparing the cruise cards and can now concentrate fully on Christmas cards! I will be back soon to show you some more Stamperia cards, Til next time…..
Lemoncraft Yuletide collection, easel cards..

I made 6 Easel cards with lemoncraft Yuletide collection, I will show the other 3 next time…Most of the extra bits I added were already on my craft desk, The middle card has a frame I made with a mold and gap filler ( from the hardware shop) and painted with prima alchemy paints. the bottom card has as it’s stopper a Christmas tree decoration which I rubbed with some Nuvo copper mousse to give it a bit of shine. other than a bit of ribbon and lace the rest was various papers from the collection and a little fussy cutting. Today is my day off, and it is really hot here (35C) . Nathan and I have been grocery shopping, it’s all put away and we are exhausted! I doubt today will be a crafty day, maybe a good day to write out my Christmas cards! Til tomorrow….
More Vintage Lemoncraft Yuletide..

It is still Lemoncraft yuletide designer paper collection on my blog today, lots of matting, and using little leftover scraps as banners, a bit of fussy cutting and not too much more embellishing required, just bits of gold thread, and ribbon. The bottom card had a doily and a foiled chipboard pinecone as well. Everything is inked with tea Dye distress ink. Today is my craft and chat group so I am off to get some projects sorted although more chat than craft takes place! Til tomorrow….
Lemoncraft Yuletide paper collection..

Today we are embracing vintage with this collection from Lemoncraft called Yuletide. I have added a few interesting bits and pieces to these cards – The top card has a flourish i made with a mold and some painters caulk, and then painted with prima Alchemy paints,. I also foiled a small chipboard piece, and added some gold thread and a pearl and all my edges were inked with Tea dye distress ink. The bottom card has more of the molds I made and painted gold, a ribbon and a bit of a die cut I had lying on my desk! I have just finished working a very long two weeks with just a couple of days off, so not much time for crafting as I have been catching up on housework today, but things should get back to normal now..and it’s time for me to be thinking of my January lessons – wow the new year already! til tomorrow….
Stampin Up Santas Workshop..

Here are some more fun Christmas cards I have made with Stampin Up Santas workshop collection. I have added the bare minimum of embellishing to this group of cards, the papers are already embossed and / or glittered, and I have just fussy cut extra layers for some 3 D effects. I have finished my Christmas makes for this year,( but have so many more to show you ) and normally at this stage I pack up all the Christmas for next year, but this paper is staying out and I will continue to make cards with it throughout the year, it is so much fun to work with! Til tomorrow……
Stampin Up Santas Workshop

I had great fun creating with this collection of papers and matching card fronts from stampin Up ( Santas Workshop)..It was a change from the vintage and traditional papers that I have been working with. There were lots of images to fussy cut so I had fun building layers of the same image for a bit of dimension, and I really only had to add a little ribbon for texture as some of the papers were already embossed and glittered. tomorrow I will show you the other three cards I made before I had to pack up to create classes. I will get back to it though, I am going to be much more organised next year for Christmas – I think I will just keep creating all year ! Til tomorrow….
Stampin Up Christmas 2018..

Todays Christmas cards use all Stampin Up supplies from their seasonal catalogue. I have used the chicken wire, washi tape, ribbon, and stamps ( stamp set is called Joy and Noel, and I coloured with Copic markers) and the corregated pieces behind are embossed with Stampin Ups new corregated embossing folder..this will be a favourite used all year round! It has been a busy week with work, and at home I have moved my craft room so that my second son can move back home for a short while, as he relocates from Sydney back to Adelaide for work. It was an eye opener to move that craft room and realise how much supplies I have gathered over the years. Time to start using all of it! Til tomorrow…..
