Pink Paislee Bella Rouge paper , stampin up create a cupcake

IMG_1763 (Medium)A mix of paper collection and stamping today. The paper collection is Pink Paislee bella Rouge. I only bought a couple of sheets of this paper,( I liked the colour combination of pink and mustard)and I layered it onto my card front. the flowers were fussy cut from the reverse of one of the sheets. The stamp set is Stampin up Create a cupcake, and I stamped my images onto white scrap cardstock and fussy cut them out. the butterfly was also fussy cut from the reverse of the patterned paper. The sentiment stamp came from the create a cupcake set.I taught my last lesson of the year today, a big group of lovely ladies, and a very enjoyable morning it was too!I have had a relaxing afternoon, but now it’s time to organise dinner, so Til tomorrow…..

Secret Garden and Bloom with hope stamps

IMG_1766 (Medium)Still with the stamped cards, and for this card I used two stamps sets, Stampin up bloom with hope and Secret garden. I stamped the greenery straight on to my card base, and stamped the flowers separately onto scrap white card stock, and coloured in with kaiser fusion markers.I then fussy cut them out and stuck onto the card with foam pads of varying thicknesses. The butterfly is a spellbinders die and I used some liquid pearls for a butterfly trail!Til tomorrow….

To start, Graphic 45 T’was the night before Christmas paper collection, just one tonight because I want to spend a little time explaining how I made this very simple easel card. I made a 14 x14 cm card base with some red cardstock, and just folded the front of the card into the centre fold. thats it – so easy, but the best way to showcase this image which I fussy cut from a 12 x 12 paper from the collection. I did a little more fussy cutting to make the front stoppers, and the holly frame, covered the base with more patterned paper, and added a strip of lace, bow,and kindyglitz.Til tomorrow….
