While i had my new dies out, I made another card with them again using Kaisercraft The Lake House papers ( for those keeping track this would be number 11 in this series of paper!). So, the dies used are Cheery Lyn designs Tropical Flourish and Lattice number 2, and i added a flower made with my Tim Holtz sizzix tattered Florals. The brad in the centre is a kaisercraft brad, and for the pearl effect I used some perfect pearls. The sentiment is from Stampin up Petite Pairs.Well with a final push last night, I have now finished my fathers day cards, just in time for my Market stall next sunday! I am now looking forward to starting some Christmas cards, using some great new products I purchased last week although I am pacing myself because kaisercraft have some great papers coming out next month which I will be indulging in, and basing a few classes around. In the meantime Nathan and I will take some photos tomorrow and I will show you all what I have been playing with today!Til tomorrow….

The Lake house 3
Still using the 6″ pad from Kaisercraft The Lake House,I fussy cut around the flower sheet, and also cut a couple of extra flowers to pop on top with mounting squares. I added some ribbon, a stick pin, and flower, and used some liquid pearls and kindyglitz to decorate, and also slipped in a die cut from the matching collectables pack. The cardstock is Stampin Up Early Espresso.I am busy this week coming up with some lesson ideas, but also very busy at work, so a bit tired when I get home, already looking forward to the weekend when I intend to craft a lot! Mens card ideas
I got a little distracted but we are back to my mens card series using Simple Stories Awesome paper. On both of the cards i used a Docrafts papermania stamp – happy Birthday, stamping it onto a few different pieces of paper and then cutting out the letters and reassembling it. I also used my spellbinders dies – Stars five and lacey Pennant for the banners and stars..Great paper for mens cards.Today nathan filmed me colouring my stamped images for a youtube video which will be up here tomorrow for those of you who have asked how I colour my stamped images.otherwise today I have been working on a secret project for my sisters upcoming BIG birthday. I have had this idea in my head for a while but found this week I couldn’t settle to anything so knew I had to sit down today and create it – it’s nearly finished I just have to find where I stored my hot glue gun…..
