Todays cards are a few I made with Kaisercraft Rosabella collection. I used the 6″ pad and matching collectables and as you can see I added all sorts of bits and pieces – all of which were laying around on my craft desk at the time – bits of lace, odd die cuts, flowers, ribbon, and my homemade frames – all ended up on these cards! I did enjoy this collection and I have a few more cards to show you next time, I even did a class pack with this one. This week I packed up Christmas crafting, finished packing the cruise classes, and I am all organised to pick a collection and get going – I have so many paper packs that I haven’t really used yet so its going to be fun going through them all! Til next time….

MIntay Bloomville..

I have had the best fun making cards with Mintay Bloomville paper collection.. I have used nothing but the papers and some cardstock and layering for these ones, and lots of fussy cutting! I haven’t done any crafting this weekend – my son is visiting from Sydney and we had a wedding to attend yesterday. It’s been a busy weekend. This week I am officially packing all the Christmas craft supplies back into the craft storage in the shed, finalising the cruise lesson packing, and then can concentrate on my craft fair boxes..I have to sort through them all and see what is needed in them. That’s me sorted for the week! Til next time…..
An Assortment of Christmas cards..

Todays cards use an assortment of embossing folders, dies and a little bit of older Stampin Up christmas paper. When Stampin Up brought out this range of paper a couple of years ago I loved it so much a bought a bit more than I needed, so I have a nice supply of these cute deers, and the little village houses. I have used glitter paper, and they all came together so easily. This is my favourite kind of card making..little scenes…and also shows how easy it is to combine Christmas stash with ordinary embossing folders and dies. I have finished with Christmas card making now, and this week have been playing with some gorgeous Mintay papers for an upcoming project. I am hoping this week to get a bit more crafting done, I have got so many papers still not cut into and i have to start thinking about filling my boxes for the craft fair next year!! Til next time….
Kaisercraft Under the Gum Leaves

This week I have been making some Christmas cards with an Australian theme using Kaisercraft Under the Gum Leaves collection. I have enjoyed using this pretty paper with lots of cute Australian animals , nice sentiments and pretty background papers. Because I made these when I was at our monthly crafting get together I was forced to keep them very simple ..no bling or ribbon to be found in my bag but truly I like them as is so that is how they will stay. Today is a free day so i will be found in the craft room… til next time….
Assorted Christmas cards..

These three cards were made with lots of bits and pieces left on my desk after other projects. The top card has a bauble die, embossed background, my Merry Christmas die, and ribbon. The second card is a favourite design of mine – all white, a little embossing, and minimal stamping. The third card has some washi tape, music paper, one layer of a poinsettia die with a holly leaf on top and again the merry christmas die. All of these cards are perfect if you are making quite a few cards the same. Today my job in the craft room is to prepare the inserts for all my Christmas cards… a job I always seem to leave til last! Til next time….
Prima Christmas in the Country part 2…

Here are the other three cards I made with Prima Christmas in the Country. I made these ( and the previous three cards) as a pack for my ladies, so there are six different papers out of the A4 paper pad, a few Prima holly branches ( gorgeous), a couple of metals and some cardstock. They are very simple to put together and I love the vintage feel! This week i have had a break from crafting as I did painting of a different nature and painted nathans bedroom. I am clearly a very messy painter as I am still trying to remove the splatters from my arms, legs and even toes!! Today I am looking forward to resuming my usual seat at my craft desk! til next time….
Prima Christmas in the Country..

We are deep into Christmas card making now and these are cards I made with my second Christmas paper purchase..Prima Christmas in the country. I just used the A4 pad, and did some fussy cutting. With the addition of a holly die, some Prima holly leaves, lace, metals and some matting these cards came together easily. I have moved away from papers now and have started doing some die cutting and embossing to make full use of all my Christmas dies – those ones will be up after next week when we finish with the Prima! Til next time….
More Stamperia Pink Christmas…

Stamperia Pink Christmas continued today and this paper lends itself to as much or as little bits and pieces that you want to use. The top card is a gatefold design, so the inside has a bit of decoration as well. I have die cut some circles a little bigger than the paper images for matting . The third card has no extra bits, just the gorgeous paper and on the others I have used all sorts of bits and pieces that were hanging around on my craft table! This week has been wet and windy here so lots of time spent at the craft table..I have taken out all my christmas papers from years gone by and I am determined this year to use some of that instead of all new papers! We will see how that goes…. til next time…
Stampin Up Santa’s Workshop..

Here are the first Christmas cards for this year! I have used a Stampin Up designer paper collection from last year called Santa’s Workshop, I love it because of the fussy cutting potential. I haven’t bought too much Christmas collections yet this year – I am determined to use up the papers I have ( I think I say that every year!), but I have been working with Prima Christmas in the Country and some gorgeous vintage Stamperia papers this week. The top card has a die cut glittery Christmas tree, and the top and lower card have a layer of embossed white cardstock but other than that its all paper and cardstock.- no ribbon , lace or bling to be seen! Kaisercraft greenhouse 4,5 and 6…

The other three cards I made with Kaisercraft Greenhouse paper collection and matching collectables. I have lots of this paper left, but had to put it away to concentrate on my Cruise cards which are coming along nicely – all the designs are done and it’s just a matter of making up all the packs.Meanwhile back to this weeks cards…I liked this paper collection because it didn’t need anything more added to it, although the first card does have a die cut succulent from Uniquely creative succulent dies set, and the second card has a few silver rhinestones. I have also been making Christmas cards this week with Prima Christmas in the Country paper collection – a gorgeous vintage range! Til next time …..
