Todays Kaisercraft Cherry Tree Lane card is a side stepper card. I have done a You-tube clip on how to measure and cut/fold this style of card, on the right hand side bar of the blog you will see You-tube…click on that and you will see my you-tube channel with this and many other little clips I have done.Meanwhile for this one I have used… one of the pull apart cardsĀ from the 12 x 12 sheet,a couple of the matching collectable, prima and green tara flowers, kaisercraft leaf die,a small piece of a border from the sticker sheet, and a small piece of the dotty paper ( 12 x 12). I also did some fussy cutting for the stepper part of the card. The big news here is that I have left my job at kmart Aust.Yesterday was my last day after 36 years, and my workmates gave me a lovely send off. When I return from the cruise I will be working at Paper Flourish, the store where I have been teaching for 6 1/2 years. I will be surounded with crafty goodness! How will I contain myself? I am so looking forward to this new chapter! Til tomorrow…

A Ladies Diary number 10
I found a previously unseen folder in my files, so thought I would show a few cards from it over the next couple of days before we move onto all the cards I have been making while on holidays! My favourite paper here – A Ladies Diary by Graphic 45,- it’s actually out on my table as we speak – I have made a mountain of cards with this paper and never get bored of it! Here I have teamed it with bazill cardstock, tim holtz tatttered florals garland die, and a stampin up stamp from the established elegance set which I cut out and tucked behind the flower. My poor craft room looks more like a storage facility so today I moved out to the dining table for some serious card making – spread all my new papers out and away I went – it was very successful and I got alot of cards made – it’s all packed up now so no-one will ever know!
