Today we start a new series, Christmas cards made with Prima Sweet Peppermint.I purchased a few sheets of the 12 x 12 paper, and a bag of the chipboard collectables and for all the cards I made I only added some trim and kindyglitz for texture and sparkle.I edged around all my edges with Tea Dye distress ink as some of the background papers got lost next to each other, and inked edges helps solve that problem. This morning I am off to teach my class at Paper Flourish and I am so looking forward to catching up with everyone! Til tomorow….

Stampin Up Star of light
The third and Final Village card was one made with almost all Stampin Up supplies. The Stamp set is Star of light and I also used the matching die set. I stamped little stamps in blue sky ink before running the layer through a stampin up embossing folder. This one is a very simple card with very little embellishment. I have managed to make a few cards over the last couple of days, pacing myself and staying right away from the die cutting machine!Thank goodness for Kaisercraft ooh La La paper collection – no need for dies with this collection! Til tomorrow….
Second village card
This card is the second village card I made with the ladies a couple of weeks ago.The cardstock is Stampin up, and the glitter die cut is a kaisercraft die and kaisercraft gliter card. The Merry Christmas and the pointsetta dies are Kaisercraft.I backed the glitter flourish circle with a plain die cut circle, and scattered a bit of bling. I have ventured into the craft room today, die cutting is out of the question, but the lure of so many new papers that I haven’t been able to play with is too much! I am creating with Kaisercraft Ooh La la, – I bought a class in a box from paper Flouirsh and there are enough bits and pieces in the box that I don’t need to die cut anything so it’s all good. Til tomorrow…
Graphic 45 St. Nicholas 3 and 4..

Here are the other two cards I made with Graphic 45 St. Nicholas paper collection. I had to pack that paper away to work on some orders, and I haven’t got back to it yet.On the top card I did something a little different – I used border stickers to frame the main image, while the bottom card has a little bit of fussy cutting. I think we will take a bit of a break from all things christmas next time and have a look at a few other cards I have been making!Til tomorrow…..
Final ( maybe) 2012 Christmas cards
I found these two cards in my photo files with the photos I am currebtly showing. I am not sure why I have made just two, they may have belonged to an order…. anyway here they are – My Minds Eye All is Bright patterned paper, and matching stickers, along with some bakers twine, button, and seam binding. The carrdstock is Stampin Up – cherry cobbler, baja breeze and crumbcake. I also used an EK success fan border punch.I have lots of new stamps and embossing folders, and dies sitting on my craft table, so tonight I am in the craft room creating! Til tomorrow…
kaisercarft turtle dove 27,28,29,30!

Here they are – the very last Kaisercraft Turtle Dove I promise you! These ones have been made using the 12 x 12 papers, and matching collectables, as well as a bit of bling and ribbon.Tomorrow we will move right away from christmas although I am still making christmas cards . I thought i had finished but an order came through for 30 cards so it’s back out with all things red and green, and I might even get to finish off this paper. I promise I won’t post them!Til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Tutle Dove 21,22,23,24,25,26!

I have been busy with Kaisercraft Turtle Dove 6″ pad and matching stamps and collectables. six to show today, four tomorrow, then I promise I will stop even though I still have lots of paper left . This collection was worth the money – it’s not often I make so much out of one collection – I usually lose interest or move on, but this paper is so inspiring I could just keep on going, but it’s possible you will all get sick of seeing it! The card on the top left was made using an image from a 12 x 12 sheet,as was the card next to it, all the rest were from my 6″ pad. The stamps that were released with this collection are great, and I have used them on a couple of the cards. Otherwise just added bakers twine, the odd button, liquid pearls, and ribbon to complete these ones. I am in the craft room today revisiting some old collections to make room in my shelves for the new releases that are due out at the end of this week.Til tomorrow….
Christmas cards 2012 – simple…
Very little christmas purchases used on this one! The cuttlebug folder is Winter Tress, and I used my Tim Holtz embossing diffuser to leave an oval at the bottom plain so that I could stamp straight onto the cardstock. The stamp used came from Stampin Up Welcome Christmas, then all I had to do was add some thin gold ribbon, and die cut a flower from my Die – namics Upsey daisies die. I used stampin Up Chery Cobbler and handsome Hunter cardstock to try to make it look like a Poinsetta. had a lovely morning with my Ladies this morning, and spent a little time this afternoon in the craft room, mainly looking for things – I have to clean that room out!Til tomorrow…
Daydream Medallions – christmas card 2012
I took the idea from yesterdays card and stepped it up a bit on this one – still using the Daydream medallions stamp set I stamped a couple of medallions in shades of green, and fussy cut them out, layering the on top of each other, The image on the top of the stampin up craumbcake cardstock is from my stampin up Welcome christmas stamp set as is the greeting. Inks used were stampin up cherry cobbler, wild wasabi, certainly celery and crumbcake. The paper is Stampin up designer paper – Be of good cheer, and even the ribbon is stampin up!Not often I make a card that is all from one company!Til tomorrow….
