Another Panda card today, and this one is for a newborn baby. The stamp set is party pandas by Stampin Up, and I have used a couple of Seven Paper Doll dies ( stitched rectangles and words) to complete this one. I added a pretty bow, flower and some sequins to bling this one up a bit!I have been busy at work this week so not so much crafting, but I have spent this morning stamping out some flowers onto watercolour paper so that I can practise with my new Zig clean colour markers this afternoon when I am over at Mum and Dads place. The Cruise line contacted me this morning asking if I would like to be their Art/craft instructor again this year so I am having a look at the cruise for this summer and working out which one(s) I can commit to. Peek a boo baby girl..
Two cards today because I have been missing on the blog this week, had a few Dr’s appointments to sort out my knee which has been playing up. Turns out it’s arthritis, so I will just have to get used to it,I am just so relieved it isn’t a cartlidge problem again!Todays cards are made using Kaisercraft Peek a boo in the girls colours. I also used the Kaisecraft dies for the pram and the word baby.I used a matching collectable to pop into the pram on the top card, and for the bottom card I punched a circle and added googly eyes to represent a baby peeking out of the pram ( I like this one – the fun nature of it). Went to town with the lace , ribbon and buttons! Day off today so i am off to the craft room to sit and relax for a couple of hours at least, til tomorrow…..
Kaisercraft Pitter Patter 8 and 9 baby girls….
Today on the blog we have Kaisercraft pitter patter 6″paper pad, a bit of a 12 x 12 sheet ( on the top card) , collectables, and assorted ribbon,lace ,flowers, and pearls.My favourite is the bottom one! This weekend I am taking a break from all things kitchen related,to spend some time in the craft room preparing a vilage lesson for next saturday, and fulfilling a couple of orders.I also want to do a few cards for my craft fair boxes, which will be here before I know it! Cuttlebug card – white on white baby
No colour co-ordinating dilemmas on this card! i did go through a white on white phase a little while ago, and this was one of the cards i created.The embossing folders i used were cuttlebug swiss dots, and stampin up square lattice. I cut the banners at various lengths, and punched out four circles with a 1″ circle punch, and inked around the edges of them with pale pink ink. i used a piece of wool fibre across the top, some pink ribbon bows, and a prima lace rosette down in the corner. This one was so simple, but I love the effect of white on white for this card.I had a great time with my ladies this morning, and am looking forward to a weekend of crafting – the weather here is cold and wet, so a lovely weekend for crafting.. Kaisercraft Bundle of Joy number 6
SEcond post for the day! Kaisercraft Bundle of Joy paper pad and collectables with a little ribbon thrown in! I do like this paper and I havent even started on the boys colours yet! maybe I will find some time this week for that! Til tomorrow….
Bundle of Joy number 3
I like this one because it uses one of my favourite things – lace! I cot into a 12 x12 sheet from Kaisercraft bundle of Joy paper and added a few of the matching collectables, inking around the edges with a pink ink pad. Just added the aforementioned lace, ribbon and pink perfect pearls to finish. Not much crafting happening in the evenings this week, but a short day at work tomorrow, then teach my favourite lesson – Mature ladies and then a three day break good times ahead! til tomorrow….
