Mothers day Kaisercraft Flora delight 4

IMG_8743 (Medium)This is a pretty one! The paper is from the 6″ pad, which along with the collectables are from Kaisercraft Flora Delight.I punched a butterfly, and added some bling and ribbon. I found some letter stickers to spell out Mum. Posts will be a little erratic over the next couple of days – I pick up my new car tomorrow afternoon and I am teaching a class on Thursday night, so that’s a bit busy getting home from work and organising tea before I go – we will see what time I have – Til tomorrow – hopefully,….

Mothers day Flora delight 3

I have had a very productive weekend in the craft room – set up my last April lesson, and have made good headway for Mays lessons – just one more to do – and finished a challenge, made a wedding card, a couple of 21st cards, and orders for Baby cards and a 40th birthday, some off the page projects,and have started to fill my boxes ready for my big fair in June. that will be the focus now for the next few weeks. til tomorrow…

Flora Delight number 2

IMG_8741 (Medium)Today we are back to my Kaisercraft Flora delight series, – love the orange and green for a change of pace…. here I have fussy cut some of the paper to stick on top of some of the green paisley patterned piece, and added a kaisercraft flower and some punched leaves and a butterfly with bling and ribbon to finish. The sentiment stamp is from Stampin Up – Wonderful Mother – a perfect set for mothers day cards. I have been concentrating a lot lately on my patterned papers, as I am trying to reduce my collection a little, but this weekend I have been making some cuttlebug cards, and some others that rely on Colour and shape( as we speak on my desk is a yummy collection of black, pink and green which I can’t wait to get back to) but my photographer Nathan is very busy this weekend sorting through hundreds of photos that he took at our boys wrestling companys’ huge show last night, so it may be a little time before I can get him to photo my new cards! it’s back to the room for me – til tomorrow…..

Flora Delight

Botanical odyssey number 4

IMG_8739 (Medium)This is the last for now in my kaisercraft Botanical Odyssey series. Here I have used the 6″ pad and collectables, as well as a bling strip and edged around all pieces with vintage Photo distress ink.i have spent a very productive day int the craft room today, trialling my exploding box, and playing with some lovely new prima paper, which I will go back to once I have organised dinner! Til tomorrow….

Graphic 45 secret garden number 5

IMG_8702 (Medium)This id the last in my Graphic 45 secret garden series for now, and i had fun with this one! A couple of dies used –  spellbinders nested tea cups for the vase, and Poppystamps madison window die. a  punch for a bit of greenery in the vase, and 3 kaisercraft flowers to fill the vase. I backed the window with some acetate, and used secret garden papers for the little girls image and the wallpaper background. Once made I couldn’t decide what ocxcasion it would be best used for and nearly kept it in my private collection (!) but thought maybe it would be suitable as a Mothers day card – we will see, if I still have it after Mothers day I will add it to my growing collection of cards I like too much to sell. Graphic 45 secret garden number 3

IMG_8699 (Medium)Graphic 45 secret garden patterned paper, and the image on this panel of paper doesn’t need anything else but a strip of lace! The cardstock is stampin up baja breeze. very  quick and easy! the weather is still conspiring against me, as well as hot it is now humid and there is so much moisture in the air my cardstock is warping  so again no visits to the craft room, although I did manage to make a few this morning before it really heated up- ready for a change of weather now…. til tomorrow…

Stampin Up tea for Two number 3

IMG_8689 (Medium)I fussy cut some images for this card, using the Tea for Two designer papers from Stampin Up.The doily is die cut from more of the paper from the same range using a spellbinders D- Lites die – medallion four, and the embossing folder used with the very vanilla cardstock is stampin up lacy brocade. The card base and ribbon are stampin up pink piruoette.I am planning tonight to spend a little time in the craft room, but we will see – it’s still very hot here, til tomorrow….

Everything Stampin Up today!

IMG_8687 (Medium)Todays title says it all – everything on this card ( except the doily and the martha stewart punch that I used) is Stampin Up. The designer papers ( which I love and went back and bought another pack) is Tea for two.The stamp (sentiment) is from the Vintage verses set, and I used the stampin up sizzix die for the leaves, and the dress form( Dress up framelits) the trim is flower trim and natural trim ribbon. Even the bling is from stampin up!Tomorrow more creations using this gorgeous vintage style paper. As for today, I have been busy making a sewing box for my niece – something off the page for me today1 Til tomorrow….
