Today we start my Prrima Divine series – This paper is right up there with all time favourites, it has a distinct vintage flavour and lends itself well to shabby chic as well – my favourite styles! It distresses well and so I did a lot of that…..I bought the a4 pad in this collection, because its tailored made for cardmakers, the size means each sheet can cover 4 cards comfortably with no waste, and I also purchased a sheet of chipboard pieces – the tea cup on this card is one of them. I inked aroung all my edges, added a ribbon bow and flowers and stamped a sentiment with a stampin up stamp.

Graphic 45 secret garden number 5
This id the last in my Graphic 45 secret garden series for now, and i had fun with this one! A couple of dies used – spellbinders nested tea cups for the vase, and Poppystamps madison window die. a punch for a bit of greenery in the vase, and 3 kaisercraft flowers to fill the vase. I backed the window with some acetate, and used secret garden papers for the little girls image and the wallpaper background. Once made I couldn’t decide what ocxcasion it would be best used for and nearly kept it in my private collection (!) but thought maybe it would be suitable as a Mothers day card – we will see, if I still have it after Mothers day I will add it to my growing collection of cards I like too much to sell. Til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Birdsong number 2

Just an organza bow and a little kindyglitz, and a simple card! Til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft secrat admirer number 9
I am sorry I have been a bit of an erratic blogger this week, but we have had terrible trouble with our internet provider. hopefully its all sorted now, and here we are with todays post! Still using Kaisercraft Secret admirer collection, and I made a banner to go across the top, tied with pretty white bows. I used kaisercraft bling strips as flower stems, and some kaiser craft resin flowers – I love these! The cardstock is stampin Up melon Mambo. I have been busy in the craft room this week putting together a 20 card order, but that’s done now, and I am going to find my graphic 45 songbird collection and make some cards with that, I barely touched it when I first got it, so can’t wait to really get stuck into that! As Mothers day is just a few days away now ( my list is on the fridge boys!) I thought I would post this one which I made using Melissa francis paper – Rose, and 2 Stampin up stamp sets – Element of style which I stamped with close to cocoa ink ( Stampin Up) to frame a border around my main image which was from the Established Elegance set. I used another stamp from that set to make the tag.The cardstock was Stampin Up Blushing Bride, and I added a lovely big bow with a Stampin Up Vintage brad and a strip of lace to give the whole card a vintage look.I have made a very similar card for my friends daughter who is turning 16 – I hope I didn’t send her this one – I am starting to have my doubts- Oh dear…..A big hello and welcome to all my new subscribers, til tomorrow…..
Nature garden 2 – For mum…
For this mothers day card I have used Prima Nature garden, and fussy cut on of the bird images from one of the sheets of patterned paper. I found a kaisercraft acrylic overlay in a drawer which went perfectly over the top for this design, and all i had to add was a length of gold lace. I spent a lovely morning at Paper flourish setting up my May lesson, and i plan to spend some time in my craft room tonight – I haven’t spent much time in there this week, and I have a few ideas I want to try out. Til tomorrow…..
Charlottes Dream 4 – teacup card
I have made a few of these teacup shaped cards now, and they are stunningly easy to do. Just draw your shape onto folded cardstock -( fold at the top) and cut out and decorate. I have used Kaisercraft Charlottes dream Paper, Pool party Stampin Up cardstock, and a couple of Martha Stewart punches to decorate this one, but they are great to use up all those strips of patterned paper that we always seem to be left with! Tonight I will be making another one as I have an order for one to do. Til tomorrow….

I just added a paper flower ,kaisercraft pearls and a sentiment from my Stampin Up Blessed Mother set. Cooking tea as we speak, so must go for now.. Til tomorrow….
