This id the last in my Graphic 45 secret garden series for now, and i had fun with this one! A couple of dies used – spellbinders nested tea cups for the vase, and Poppystamps madison window die. a punch for a bit of greenery in the vase, and 3 kaisercraft flowers to fill the vase. I backed the window with some acetate, and used secret garden papers for the little girls image and the wallpaper background. Once made I couldn’t decide what ocxcasion it would be best used for and nearly kept it in my private collection (!) but thought maybe it would be suitable as a Mothers day card – we will see, if I still have it after Mothers day I will add it to my growing collection of cards I like too much to sell. Til tomorrow….

madison window die – christmas 2
This is the last card for now, that I have to show using my Madison window die ( from poppystamps). The brick wall background is my tim Holtz Bricked wall embossing folder which I inked before running it through the cuttlebug. As with yesterdays card I added a little lace behind the window for curtains, and I used a stampin Up christmas stamp for the view inside the window. The grass is done using the grassland die also from poppystamps.I have been so busy this week, not much crafting happening – I hope to get into my room tomorrow for a little while – I am missing my crafting! Til tomorrow….
Madison window die – Christmas…
Todays post is a Christmas card made with a poppystamps madison window die.I backed it with some acetate, and stuck some lace on the other side to mimic curtains. The brick wall was created with my tim Holtz bricked wall embossing folder which I inked before running through the cuttlebug. The tree stamp was free with a magazine, and I embossed it in gold on the right hand side card. I cut the grass with a poppystamps grasslands die, and added some bling to the tree to finish. Til tomorrow….
madison window die
Nothing but headaches with my blog today – why do wordpress keep changing things, just as I learn how to do it the old way?Anyway,I bought some new dies a little while ago, -Madison window die and various accessories so over the next couple of days I will show you what I have been creating with them.Today I used kaisercraft Miss Nelly papers, and a Tim Holtz bricked embossing folder ( which I swiped with ink before embossing) for the brick wall.I used the madison window die, and backed it with some acetate, and more patterned paper. I filled the Poppy stamps window box die with flowers and leaves punched from my Martha Stewart punches and the Bike was stamped using a stamp from stampin Up Pedal presents stamp set. I hope this post makes sense – my computer has been moved into the room that my Galah resides in while the computer room is being painted and the whole time I have been typing he has been making the same tap tap tapping sound s behind my back – he is very distracting and highly entertaining – cheered me up no end!
