Kaisercraft Pitter Patter Number 1

IMG_5483 (Medium)

A couple of months ago kaisercraft brought out a new range of baby paper called Pitter Patter. It is gorgeous, and can be used for more than just baby cards, but I started off making a few baby boy cards with with it and this one is the first. I used a piece of patterned paper from the 6″ pad, and some of the matching collectables. I inked all my edges with Stampin up ink – Pool party, and added 2 white ribbon bows. Til tomorrow…..

Art Deco Style number 3

IMG_3592 (Medium)This the third in my Do Crafts Papermania Art Deco series, and tomorrow we move onto something a little different… For this one, I have stayed with the black/purple colour scheme, using black and wisteria wonder cardstock from stampin up. I used a Martha stewart border punch, and then just some black lace and a bit of bling to finish. I have been busy making cards for orders today, but I am itching to get started on the new box of goodies I got on the weekend from Stampin Up – hopefully this evening I will make a start on that! Til tomorrow….

Kaisercraft Secret admirer number 7

IMG_1181 (Medium)This is an early post today – I missed yesterdays as we had problems with our internet – it’s amazing how that brings most of the household to a grinding halt ! Todays card uses Kaisercraft Secret Admirer 6″ pad and matching collectables- this collection was a little different – kaisercraft brought out 2 different collectables packs, one of which was mainly die cut doilies, and its this pack that I used here. I tucked one behind a panel from a piece of 12 x 12 paper, and used the other as abase for my group of martha stewart punched frond leaves, flowers and ribbon, and slid a Prima hat pin behind. Til tomorrow….

October afternoon Farm Girl number 8 and 9

IMG_1174 (Medium)For these two cards I have done a fair bit of layering, and added ric rac, buttons, and bakers twine. The heart images are some I found in my craft stash, I have had them for years, and they came on a kraft sheet with quite a lot of home spunĀ  images. the patterned paper is October afternoon farm Girl. Super quick post tonight as the family are waiting for me to play a board game1 Til tomorrow….

October Afternoon Farm Girl 6 and 7

IMG_1173 (Medium)For these two cards I used a couple of different papers in the October Afternoon farm girl range. I fussy cut the flowers out of one sheet, and teamed them up with the gingham papers and dots papers. I die cut a spellbinders scalloped rectangle, and used the resulting frame ( the rectangle will appear on another card soon) and added buttons, ric rac, seam binding, bakers twine, and a bit of bling and kindyglitz to finish. the end of the working week for me , and a couple of days off to play with my new hexagon spellbinders and embossing folders – can’t wait! Til tomorrow….

October Afternoon Farm Girl number 1 and 2

IMG_1169 (Medium)I loved working with this new paper from October Afternoon, called farm Girl. The images on one of the 12 x 12 sheets of paper were crying out to be fussy cut, ( that is the little girl with an assortment of animals) and the other papers in the collection are gorgeous and bright. I used a Martha stewart punch,Bakers twine, flower rhinestones, and ric rac ( which I found in my Late grans sewing bits and pieces). in Particular the ric rac and bakers twine go perfectly with this paper.I fussy cut a few flowers from another piece of paper in the collection to finish. This was such an easy collection to work with – I made a lot of cards all inĀ  one sitting, and for once had no bits of papers left over ! Til tomorrow….
