this is one of my favourite sketches ( a map for setting out my card design) and I use it frequently! The paper collection is from Prima – Something Blue, and I distressed and inked( tea dye distress ink) all my edges. The gorgeous charm is from Prima, and I added a ribbon and some liquid pearls, and kindyglitz.looking forward to card club tomorrow and a new challenge! til tomorrow….

Prima Something blue number 1
Recently i bought some of the new Prima Something blue collection. I bought the A4 paper pad and a pack of atc sized cards – I think there were 36 or 48 cards – ( I will check before next blog post and let you know) and these cards had all sorts of images on them. This is the first card I made using them.I did some layering, sponged the edges with tea dye distress ink and rounded my corners. I added some lace and ribbon and liquid pearls, and a vintage style card done! til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Mother Goose 5 and 6

Here are the last 2 cards in my Graphic 45 Mother Goose collection. Again, just let the papers do the work – no embellishments required. The cardstock is stampin up – I like the clear colours in this paper collection – I have some left but I am thinking of doing a mini nursery rhyme book with it – if time permits! til tomorrow….

Graphic 45 Mother Goose paper collection and stampin Up cardstock. I did a bit of fussy cutting, and cut an extra lamb for mary had a little lamb card and attached it on top of the original to add a little dimension.Humpty dumpty had a lot of layers, and I added a postage stamp tucked in above the rhyme.I have been working on Teen girls cards today, 7 cards out of one piece of patterned paper so I am quite chuffed! Two more cards tonight, both using graphic 45 Mother goose paper collection, and stampin up cardstock.Some layering and a bit of fussy cutting and no other embellishments required. i have had this paper for a few months, but hadn’t done anything with it til now. A couple of weeks ago when I was on a mission to tidy up my paper collection I found some sheets that I had bought while on a trip to Robe, at a little shop on the way there.I can’t tell you the name of the papers, as I can’t recall, but these are some of the cards I made with it. I used stampin up cardstock and sentiment stamps, a scalloped circle die, and some ribbon as well as a little bit of fussy cutting. I like the combination of yellow and pink on the bottom cards! Today in the craft room, I have gone back to my graphic 45 botanical tea paper and have been making a few more Mothers day cards to take around to the school this week. Til tomorrow….
Echo Park thats my Boy 5 and 6

Here are the last two of my Echo Park Thats My Boy cards.Again very simple, with some layering with stampin up cardstock, and the sentiments are stamped with stampin up sassy salutations stamp.I have spent this afternoon planning out my second June lesson, just have to add some finishing touches to the cards on Friday when I am over at Paper Flourish.It’s Mums birthday on Sunday, and I have just realised I haven’t made her birthday card yet, so it’s back to the craft room for me! A few boys cards this week. It’s very rare to find paper suitable for boys and teens, so I was glad to see this range from Echo park – That’s my boy.Here I have just layered, and mixed in some stampin up cardstock for a pop of colour.Not too fussy – I had to keep in mind the recipient!
