A month or two ago Kaisercraft Released this beautiful bright range of papers – they got a little lost with all the christmas paper releases, but I did have a little play with them before I moved onto the xmas makes. This is the first one I made I used Stampin Up cardstock, and the 6 ” pad for this one as well as a couple of the matching collectables. A ribbon bow , a bit of work with the corner rounder and done. I like the sketch desing of this one, and will try this again with some different papers.

I made a flower with my sizzix tattered florals die and put it together with a stampin up antique brad. The little pearl swirls are also from Prima. today has gone by so quickly, and I haven’t created too much but am heading off to the craft room now for an hour or so.. bliss…. til tomorrow….

While I was on my quick break a few weeks ago, we stopped in a small town for afternoon tea, and found a scrapbooking store to visit – as you do.. and I bought a couple of sheets of paper made by a company I hadn’t come across – Hobby Fun Co.,Ltd. One sheet was full of animal images, and the other sheet had borders, and bits for fussy cutting. I made 10 cards with these two pieces of paper, and here are 4 of them. For the bottom two cards I used some Stampin Up paper for the background layers, and I fussy cut Balloons and paper hats out of the same stampin up paper. For the top two, I punched a picket fence with a martha stewart border punch, and used kaisercraft papers for the backgrounds. No crafting tonight because i must get all my paperwork in order for the the tax man next week….
