Last night found me playing with Pink Paisley London Market 6 x6 collage pack, and matching ephemera pack, which I have had for a little while, but have been too busy to open . I couldn’t resist showing this one this week as it’s perfect timing, what with the Queens Diamond jubilee celebrations so I have interupted my male cards series and we will get back to them tomorrow. The only other products on this card are – Stampin Up perfectly Penned stamp set and stampin up bakers twine.Tomorrow will be a very early post as I will be setting up my stall for the craft fair later in the afternoon. Til tomorrow….

sketch series for scraps number 9.. the final..

Hello! If you have been following my sketch series you would by now realise I don’t have very much of my original 2 sheets of 12 x 12 paper left! In fact only enough to cut these 3 squares and punch some flowers out of the scraps! So here it is a clean and simple card. The cardstock mat is stampin Up Pool Party, the paper is of course Stampin Up Everyday enchantment, and the punches are Martha Stewarts hydrangea punches. I made use of that old mis printed book and die cut a few petals from Stampin Up blossom party die. My American Crafts neapolitan card follows the sketch exactly, and I used a Stampin Up cardstock – blushing Bride for the matting on this one.Tomorrow we move on to something different – Til tomorrow….
Sketch series for using scraps number 4

This is a very simple one – 3 wide strips of paper, one scallop edge, one with a deep v cut into it, and all edges inked. A lovely big flower die cut with a sizzix tim holtz die, seam binding tied into a bow, and a pearl brad. Card one uses Stampin Up everyday enchantment paper, and I stamped flourishes on the card which I didn’t do on card two, instead stamping a sentiment. Card two is American crafts neopolitan paper and I used Stampin Up cardstock – Blushing bride. Looking forward to a little time in the craft room tonight – 4 days off – yay! Til tomorrow….
