Graphic 45 Birdsong number 2

IMG_3662 (Medium)Today I have revisited Graphic 45 Birdsong patterned paper, which I haven’t had enough time to play with but hopefully while I am on holidays next week I will be able to spend some more time with it! for this Mothers day card I matted everything with Stampin Up early Espresso cardstock, and used my new spellbinders die – Cherry blossom in the top corner. Just an organza bow and a little kindyglitz, and a simple card! Til tomorrow….

Christmas All is Bright 9 and 10

Here are the last two cards in my My Minds Eye All is Bright series… tomorrow onto something else! The card on the left makes good use of the sticker sheet that matches this paper, and I have added a little seam binding. the cardstock is Stampin Up Cherry cobbler. The card on the right is purely paper, with some snowflakes die cut with Spellbinders 2012 snowflake pendant dies. The cardstock for this one is Stampin Up baja breeze. Nathan and I had a marathon photo session today, so tonight I will be sorting out all the photos, and will have new cards to put up. Til tomorrow….

Cuttlebug and dies

I still have a couple of my prima meadow lark series to show but we will get back to them. Today ( and tomorrow) I wanted to show the final few cards I made with the last of my American crafts Neapolitan paper collection. For those that have been following you will remember that I used it in my scarp series. I had just a little left over and so decided to finish the bits and pieces left. Altogether I made 19 cards out of my 4 sheets of paper which I was quite surprised about. So, todays card made using a variety of dies and my cuttlebug  and American crafts Neapolitan paper, and a list of dies – Moonlight butterfly, kaliedoscope  butterfly, amani circle, meadow leaf ( all by memory box) spellbinders scalloped circles, and Stampin Up Party Blossom . The sentiment was all Stampin Up products – Decorative label punch,Four frames stamp set and petite pairs stamp set. Speaking of which my siser Kay brought me some new products this morning and I have had a great afternoon inking ,stamping , colouring and die cutting – the best way to spend an afternoon! Til tomorrow….

Sketch Series for using scraps number 5

Still working on our sketch series for using scraps, and here i have cut 3 2 cm wide strips at varying lengths and cut a V into the bottom of them, used my labels 14 spellbinders to die cut a couple of labels, layered them together and threaded seam binding through them and tied a big bow. Added a button and twine to finish. The paper is still my 2 pieces of Stampin Up Everyday enchantment, and I matted the design on to Stampin Up Pool party. for the second card I used American crafts neapolitan paper and substituted the seam binding for ribbon, and the button for a kaisercraft flower.here the cardstock is Stampin Up Certainly celery and blushing Bride. I am offf tonight to teach a class over at the Village… so looking forward to it – we always have a good laugh… Til tomorrow…..

Favourite paper,Favourite stamp 2

The cardstock on this card was Stampin up Certainly Celery.Today I have created 6 cards in a monochromatic theme, and after all that black and white I had to break out the brightest papers I could find to get my colour fix for the day. Nathans camera should be back at the end of this week so I will be able to photo them all then. Til tomorrow…..
