Graphic 45 time to flourish June, 3 and 4

two cards today, Graphic 45 Time to flourish, the June papers. The top card is lots and lots of fussy cutting with some lace and a ribbon bow, while the bottom card is a stepper card – I have been experimenting with measurements for these types of cards, so this one is a 13 x 13 cm stepper.Martha stewart lace doily border punch, lace and lots more fussy cutting here. This afternoon I have spent a couple of relaxing hours in the craft room stamping with some new stamp sets, but as usual the weekend has gone far too quickly! til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Time to flourish 2 June.
Card number 2 made from graphic 45 Time to flourish ( June sheets) . It’s no wonder I started with this month in the 12 x 12 paper pad – these colours together are my favourite!I fussy cut another rose and a piece of the border trim, and added a ribbon bow, lace and some liquid pearls. the cardstock is Stampin Up baja breeze, sadly retired, but I bought up big on this colour before it disappeared! til tomorrow….
graphic 45 Time to Flourish June..number 1
graphic 45 Time to Flourish ..the June papers. I think by now you all know how I feel about Graphic 45 papers,so we will get straight into the description! One layer on my cardstock ( stampin up pink piroutte) with a corner rolled down and a brad to hold it in place. I punched a border with Martha Stewart lace doily punch – this is my second one – I wore the first punch out…and a piece of lace trim and little bows over the top.The rose was fussy cut from the paper.I have taught a couple of classes this week, and had a great time with my ladies.I have also made a couple of purchases – some flowers ( can never have enough) and a few copic markers – yes I have given in and bought some. I had bought quite a few kaisercraft fusion markers, but they dry out very quickly and it appears that they have been discontinued so, really if I want to keep colouring I had no choice. we will see how I get on with them! til tomorrow…..
Kaisercraft flourish die with Tropical Punch collection

These two cards were made with Kaisercraft tropical Punch collection( including the sticker sheet)and a flourish die, also by Kaisercraft. It is a big flourish, so I used it as the focus on the top card, but on the lower card I cut it up into pieces.Of all the brands of dies I have used, these dies from kaisercraft are the best when it comes to removing your paper or cardstock from the die – usually they just fall out!Wouldn’t the flourish make a great tail for a bird? May have to experiment with that idea! Til tomorrow….
More ideas with dies
The paper I used here is Tropical Punch by Kaisercraft, and the Die is also by kaisercraft. I die cut the feather and ran it through the cuttlebug swiss dots folder. I used the off cut from the feather die to sponge through to create the inked images on the patterned paper.( tea Dye distress ink).A flower, punched leaf, and bir ribbon bow and this one was complete! A die with a twist..
A little while ago I filmed a youtube clip for Paper Flourish showcasing some kaisercraft dies. The two dies I used were the flourish die and the feather die. This is one of the cards I created using these dies and some kaisercraft tropical punch paper. I die cut the feather, and then used the piece I would normally throw away – inked the edges with Tea dye distress ink, and backed it with some tropical punch paper. I love this effect and it has made me look at all my off cuts in a different way! I just added a doily, bling, flower and bakers twine to finish a different style of card for me.Oh, and I love kaisercraft dies. of all the dies I have used these ones cut the easiest – just fall away. no poking required.Til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Raining Cats and Dogs Step it Up!
Graphic 45 raining cats and Dogs..this is the third card I made with this image of the girl and her puppy, and I have really stepped it up by cutting a stepper card, adding lots of layers, and fussy cut flowers.A bit of bling and ribbon to finish.Lots of measuring and different sizes of card before I settled on this size, and it will be a lesson in March ( with different papers though)Day off today, and I have made great strides on the order, with only one card left to do.Much cooler here today, and welcome rain as well, so the fires are well under control now. Til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 raining Cats and dogs.2 and 3 ..step it up!

For something a little different, I decided to take the same image from Graphic 45 Raining cats and Dogs paper collection, and make three cards ( two shown today and the last one next time) and make a basic card, then step it up for each card. the top card is the first card. Some basic layering ( I like the sketch – will use this again)and this one was quick and easy. For the bottom card ( second in my step it up series) I used the same papers and layout, but added some fussy cut flowers, and a ribbon bow. I will show the third one next time..Very hot here today, have a big order to do but will have to wait til the weather is a bit cooler..Til tomorrow….
graphic 45 raining cats and dogs number 1
I haven’t had a chance to post the few cards I have made with this range of papers from graphic 45 (raining cats and dogs), so I will take the opportunity to start now while we have a break from all cards masculine! I made a stepper card – I find the graphic 45 papers suit these different shaped cards -and layered up papers, as well as a little bit of fussy cutting on the right hand side.Cardstock is stampin up Baja breeze.Til tomorrow….
