An easy one!

I made this card solely to try out my new Labels eight nestabilities. The cardstock was marina mist by Stampin up, and the gorgeous papers and rose sticker were from For the record by echo park. A busy day at work today, and I’m a bit tired so tonight no cards, I’ll find something on t.v. instead! Til tomorrow….

More English Rose

Here are the other two cards i made while I had the Kaisercraft English Rose paper out. I used Stampin Up cardstock ( pink Piroutte) for the bases, and my Stampin Up bird punch, Martha Stewart lace doily punch, prima flowers, hand rolled flowers, ribbon and bling. Settling back into work, what a rude shock to the system! Many books in the stockroom still in boxes, but I have been given some help, so we should be caught up by next week! Til tomorrow….

Revisiting English Rose

Quite often I play with a range of papers til I’m all out of ideas, but I still have some paper left, so it gets filed away, til its discovered again and I have a whole lot of new ideas for it. That happened with this paper – Kaisercraft English Rose. I had made so many Mothers day cards with this paper, but tonight I am shiowing something a bit different. I also usedthe matching chipboard, and oxford impressions stamp from the Nature set, elements Collection printed acetate, and I hand rolled some flowers.Til tomorrow…..

A bit Different..

Kay -remember that book you gave me? Look what I did with it! Really- this was a book that my sister Kay was going to throw out because it had been misbound, and there were chapters missing, so I took it off her hands and have been playing today with my Stampin Up flower die cut and distress ink and I’m really pleased with the results. I layered it up quite  a bit, but you can cut quite a few pages at a time, and its actually quite quick to make. Its held together with a Stampin up vintage brad in the centre. Now I’m off to put it on a card. Til tomorrow….

Boys card

Another card using Crate Paper Toy Box collection. This time I used Stampin up cardstock – pumpkin pie, which matched the dump truck perfectly. This paper is great for boys cards! Quick post today as its shopping night1 Til Tomorrow….

Born to Shop

I bought this collection, by Docrafts, a few weeks ago, and haven’t had time to play with it yet, but quickly made up this card as it tickled my funny bone! Inside there is one of the girls swinging from a chandelier and the caption “you know too much” . I used Stampin Up cardstock, and the patterned paper , chipboard pieces and stickers that came with the set. The stamps are great too, and quite funny, so hopefully I’ll get some more cards done with them soon.A wet day here in adelaide so a lovely day for crafting, and I’ve made quite a few Mothers day cards today. Til tomorrow…..

Butterfly Card

This is one of the cards I taught in my class yesterday. Here I have used Stampin Up cardstock and Bazzil (white) , cuttlebug swiss dots folder and Kaisercraft pearls. The butterfly die is by Marianne designs and it took a little experimenting to use it in the cuttlebug, but I have discovered that along with a c and b plate I also have to use a piece of thick cardstock as a shim to get it to cut through properly. Now thats sorted it’s a little beauty!Til tomorrow…..

Graphic 45 Once apon a Springtime Collection

3 views of this card tonight, so you could see all the panels involved in it. Otherwise a simple card, only using Bazzil cardstock and Graphic 45 Once upon a springtime collection. I loved this paper so much I had to go back and buy more, So there will be more cards made with this when I get a free minute! The weather is cooler today, so I am itching to get into my room, my mind is buzzing! Til tomorrow….

Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante

Todays card is another made from Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante range of papers. On this one I have done lots of layering, and also used stampin Up cardstock _Taken with Teal, and Early Espresso. Also added a few Kaisercraft Rhinestones. I was over at Paper flourish today setting up this months lesson, and saw the new range of Kaisercraft flowers. They are gorgeous and great value for money, so I bought a few packets, ready for Mothers Day cards.Still hot here, so not much cardmaking. Til tomorrow….

A Flock of Butterflies

A really quick post today as we are experiencing random power cuts, and I don’t want to lose my post. I have used K&Co patterned paper, and I cut the butterflies from a printed acetate from Collection Elements. Til Tomorrow….
