Christmas Cards

I’m sorry I have been missing for a while . It’s been a very sad time. After losing my Dad last year, we then lost both my sister in law and mother in law. It took a little while for my creative side to come back, but time is a healer and I am so glad I have crafting to fall back on . It is a lovely escape to lose myself in paper, ribbon, lace and beautiful bits and pieces. Slowly but surely my mojo is coming back and so are the Christmas orders. I have sent a few off already with one bundle heading overseas to Scotland! In going global..lol! Til next time.. stay safe..

Kaisercraft Yuletide number 1

IMG_3162 (Medium)IMG_3163 (Medium)Today is the start of the Kaisercraft yuletide collection, and there is a lot in this series so we may break it up a bit. To start us off , a group of cards,. all done to the same design sketch and using one sheet of images and another of background paper. The holly was fussy cut from a sheet out of the 6″ pad,and I added a ribbon bow on each card. The bottom image is a close up of the design.Great paper for a marathon xmas card session. I had a lovely class today, very relaxing with my ladies. Til tomorrow….

Kaisercraft Mint Twist …more..

IMG_8552 (Medium)IMG_8553 (Medium)IMG_8557 (Medium)These are definitely quick and easy cards, most of them just use a couple of the collectables from Kaisercraft Mint twist, and very little paper and extra embellishments have been used at all, so perfect for selling in packs and totally different style to what I usually do!.Today I have been busy with Nathan filming a clip for the paper flourish blog which will be posted on Wednesday. I had some lovely things to play with – some new kaisercraft dies and some of this months Tropical Punch paper from Kaisercraft.Nathan has just told me he has finished the editing so I am off to see how it turned out. Til tomorrow….
