Todays cards both have an owl theme, and both are made with Uniquely Creative Wise and Free products. The top card is all papers and matching Creative Cuts, with some sequins and flowers added, and the second card is paper from the collection for the background and some Creative cuts, but also some stamping! The stamp is Uniquely Creative Wise and Free stamp and I coloured it with copic markers. A flower, doily and sequins to finish this one. After weeks and months of no rain today it is finally raining! Hopefully it is spread wide enough that it helps the firefighters in our Hills area as we are expecting more hot weather by Tuesday. I am just grateful to see it, and have all the dust settled. last night we had to do something we have never had to do before ..due to the choking smoke we had to head to the hardware store and pick up face masks. We are miles from the fire zones, so can only imagine what it is like closer to them. Today I am starting the big craft clean up… anything I haven’t used in the past year is going.. I have to make some room for new things so this is my only option… lets see how far I get before I get distracted….Til next time….

Uniquely creative have been known for their dies and stamps, and now they are designing their own paper collections and they are amazing! This is their first one called Wise and Free. It is available as 12 x 12 papers, and there are matching Creative cuts which I used on these two cards. I added flowers, lace, ribbon, A uniquely Creative Doily Elements die, and actual doily, chipboard word and even sequins! Loved making these cards! I hope you all had a safe and happy Christmas, i had a lovely day with family, and am looking forward to relaxing today in the craft room until it gets too hot to be in there! Til next time….
Kaisercraft Madamoiselle number 4…
AS promised, I finally found my way back to Kaisercraft Madamoiselle paper collection! I abandoned this collection before playing properly with it due to Christmas makes and Cruise set up, but the other day I found it again and made some more cards with it. This is the first one, 12 x 12 papers for matting, with some embossing brown cardstock in between the layers. A dress form from the matching collectables pack, a doily layered in there too, some die cut leaves, and flowers and ribbon to finish. I edged around everything with tea dye distress ink, and the sentiment is from the matching 6″ pad.Over the next few weeks I will be going through my papers, having a bit of a clear out, I will take them to the craft fair with me . I always have trouble doing this – as I pull the papers out I see ideas and end up spending all my time crafting and not tidying..so we will see how I go..Til tomorrow….

I used Spellbinders 2012 snowflake pendant dies on these cards too, just the right amount of modern design in these dies. Also used – lace, seam binding, a doily, and bakers twine.Thats it for today – til tomorrow….
These days 2 – Mothers day
This one is kaisercraft these days papers, Sizzix tattered Florals and 3D Flowers dies, and memory box lord faunterloy die. I added a doily, lace, punched leaves, and the greeting was stamped with a stampin Up stamp – Blessed Mother.
