So, the very first collection of papers I took out to sort through was Prima tea Thyme. I didn’t get very far in the sorting out, but got streets ahead in the card making, and none of this paper made it into the discard pile! The top card had so much embellishing including…ribbon, lace, punched butterflies, rhinestones, kindyglitz, letter stickers, chipboard, and a flower. The bottom card escaped most of my over the top embellishing and just had a journalling card from the same collection, punched butterflies, ribbon ,lace and rhinestones.A few more to show in this collections but we will do them over the next day or two in groups of two or three. this morning I taught a class over at Paper Flourish, and as usual enjoyed my time spent with my ladies, who are much more like friends than students! Kaisercraft xo 4 and 5

These are the last two cards I made with Kaisercraft Xo papers. I have put it away for now as what with this collection and the previous simple stories series of cards I have enough wedding, engagement and anniversary cards to last me quite some time.Thinking of that very thing I made the top card a birthday card and punched a border, die cut a doily and added some collectables, ribbon and pearls. the bottom card was the card I gave my husband for Valentines day.The strip across the middle was fussy cut from some of the paper, and by luck I have a border punch ( by EK Success) which punches a very similar border which I added punched out of white cardstock.I just added a heart collectable and small ribbon bow to finish.Til tomorrow….
Dressing up my Prima doll stamps

I used some more of the kaisercraft spring bloom paper collection to dress my Prima Doll stamps.I love creating cards with these stamps, and they always look different depending on the colours I use. I also used some of the collectables from the collection, and some fussy cut flowers. the butterfly on the second card is a prima butterfly. Very hot here today, very lazy day! til tomorrow…..
Kaisercraft Spring bloom

When sorting out my papers I came across some Kaisercraft Spring Bloom paper so quickly put all tidying on hold to make up a couple of cards while inspiration was upon me!The top card just uses the papers and matching collectables, while the bottom card uses a cut out that I did on my Cricut machine and the forever young cartridge.I also used some wee flowers and a leaf and butterfly punch for this one.I kept some of the paper but a lot of it has now gone into a bag to sell at the craft fair in June. It’s tough, but decisions have to be made or else I can’t buy more!speaking of which, I finally got kaisercrafts blue bay, and Betsy’s couture range this week, so something new to play with!Til tomorrow….
Kaisercraft Rustic harmony (number 7.)
While I was making the stepper cards I made one with Kaisercraft rustic harmony paper, and then made a box to pop it into as it was quite bulky by the time I finished it.Lots of lovely lace trim on the card on the left, and a little more on the box lid on the right. I also used – martha stewart lace doily punch and leaf punch, spellbinders rolled roses and papillion butterflies dies, and Kaisercraft mint pearls.A lovely lazy day today, with a little crafting, and lot of relaxing! til tomorrow….
Card in a box cards

So, I started to go through my papers to have a bit of a cull, and straight away got distracted. This is a kaisercraft paper, a couple of years old ( and I can’t remember the name), and when I bought it I hadn’t learnt how to make these card in a box cards. when I saw the paper again this is the first thing I did with it.I have been through to the card room to try and find the rest of the paper so that I can tell you the name, but I have lost it again, I don’t think I finished it with these cards so I am sure it will turn up again , maybe in another couple of years! Meantime, if anyone knows the name of this collection can they let me know cos it’s going to drive me crazy!Today I have been making baby cards – I had to pull out all the baby card papers to make a special card for a friend, so while it was out I made a few more. Now I have moved onto engagement/wedding cards using kaisercrafts new collection xo ( funny name!!)Til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Time to flourish June number 7… the last….
Here is the last card i made with Graphic 45 time to flourish June papers. I have used every scrap of these few sheets, which doesn’t happen very often!. this card was another experiment with measurements for the stepper cards, an awkward size for envelopes, this one, so I had to get my envelope maker out to make one for this.a little fussy cutting, ribbon and lace, and it did become the inspiration for one of my classes in February, so really I haven’t seen the last of this gorgeous paper!Til tomorrow….
Graphic 45 Time to flourish 5…. June.
Graphic 45 time to flourish June, 3 and 4

Graphic 45 Time to flourish 2 June.
Card number 2 made from graphic 45 Time to flourish ( June sheets) .
