Welcome to my new followers, hope you enjoy my creations and they inspire you just a little! Some more kaisercraft butterfly Kisses cards to brighten our day!Again using the paper and chipboard pieces from the collection. The butterflies were fussy cut from one of the papers, and I used some kaisercard for the matting. A lovely relaxing day off today, and I was enjoying some time in the craft room just playimng around with some techniques and new prima papers when the power went off.I like a lot of light when crafting, and have changed the light in the craft room to a strip flourescent light as that gives me the best natural seeming light, so when the power went out that was the end of the crafty session, but the power is back on now so I am off to finish what I have started! til tomorrow….
so lovely
These are very pretty cards…I don’t think I ever got this range of papers!
Such a lovely colorful collection…your cards are bright, fun and cheery. Do you usually make cards the same size? Do you make the envelopes to match? Thanks for sharing your creations
Hi Marcia! My favourite size of card is 10.5 cm by 15 cm which is an a5 piece of cardstock folded in half. I like this size because envelopes are readily available – even in supermarkets! I also do make a few Dl size for the same reason. Dl is a piece of cardstock 21cm x 21 cm folded in half.I have been making more and more square cards, envelopes are alittle trickier to come by for these, and i have been known to make my own with my envelope board ( Memorykeepers brand)
Thanks Helen, for sharing that info. Kaisercraft now stock envelope templates. You might like the square template.
Oh, I havent seen them but my envelope maker makes most sizes, but mum might like the template – I will look out for them.
