This is a bendy card, and I made one for Mum and dad’s 60th wedding anniversary. The ladies over at the retirement village want to learn how to make them and as I had only ever made that one I thought I had better practise! I made this one using graphic 45 raining cats and dogs patterned paper, and I made it in three pieces, with tabs on the edges for attaching to the base at the sides. I have seen them done all in one piece of cardstock with the flappy bits at the sides cut to the curves, but I think it is easier to decorate the flaps if they are separate from the base. I did a bit of fussy cutting, and just added a ribbon bow to finish – this type of card doesn’t need much embellishing! Til tomorrow….
Lovely card..and very creative Helen..xx
Thank you marcia!
